I know that there are better or worst novels it's doesn't mean you can't like and enjoy worst novels or cliche works with plot armor,generic characters, OP MC and s*upid harem, if it's fun for you go ahead, i personally like to watch bad animes sometimes, and like some people i started reading web novels from the usual Cultivation/Xianxia/Chinese novels, after a while i was tired of the same structure and similar plot from the common chinese cultivation novels, so my taste changed and nowadays i look for other things when i try to read something.

And i do have my guilty pleasure, i do enjoy some isekai or transmigating novels that exist, even though sometimes the system or the world doesn make sense lmao.

Dont mind the number of ranking after the top 3 that actually are my top 3 ever, my favorite novels, the others their positions don't matter that much, however they actually are in the right positions based on what i like the most, but this isnt the list about THE TOP 20 NOVELS AND THERE ARENT BETTER NOVELS THAN THE ONES IN THIS LIST... or something like that. I mostly read feel-good stories, usually with romance. These stories mostly have OP characters, or the MCs get their way most/all of the time. Some might call some of these main characters Mary-Sue and whatever the male equivalent is as well (Gary-Sue???). But I read and watch things to be happy, so I'm perfectly fine without all the drama. Things can be explored simplistically and gently, not everything needs to be dramatic. ... more>>

Most importantly, if there is romance, then it's actually GOOD ROMANCE. No misunderstandings (or very very little and trivial and is resolved super fast), and there's solid RESPECT for each other in the relationship. Even if the plot's good, I usually refuse to read or watch anything with poorly written romance. If it's written that way to make a statement, that's fine, I understand, but I usually avoid it because I don't need more angst in my life HAHA.

I finished all the Chinese novels that haven't been completely translated because I can read Chinese, so I can guarantee a happy ending. Some, like the Japanese or Korean ones, I need to wait for translations and may be slightly behind. 

But anyways,I'm a sucker for stories were MCs get their ways, at least most of the time, and happy endings. 

I'm not saying they're all perfect, and if people are looking for more serious stories, then these might not be for you, but give it a try to know for certain.
