If you love story with a delicious taste of angst then please give them a try. Well they are not always angsty, because I love my pain with some sugar and fluff to make them satisfyingly bittersweet. Most have HE, but I'm not shy with BE. But this list is really just about novel I love. You can find pure fluff in here too, because always being in constant pain for 24/7 is no fun either lol.

Most of these are set in ancient China, because I just love this kind of setting and it's so easy to find angsty story in ancient China-setting story (event my favorite genre in cdrama is also costume dramas lol) <<less

that I will delete the story from the list after I've read so the list
will frequently change. I like to view the cover art of the book, and be
able to see a lot of novel details on the list in one place instead of
having to click to the web novel page. I also include any translation
detail like where to find them if they aren't on novelupdates so I can
read the whole story without getting stuck halfway because of no
translations. Not in any particular order but I try to put similar
novels, either in expected tropes or vibes together. And the incompleted

Collection of Manhwas with rebirth/transmigration themes. 

This is BxG novels that mixed with historical and modern genre with excellent and unique plot than others. This lists can be called my favorites.
