I have made a review and rating for every novel I've read on
novelupdates. Since they don't have the user friendly capability of
sorting a user's read list by rank I made one for myself ordered by
best/enjoyed the most to least. The ranking within the same number of
stars may not be right because it is usually from different genres, too
different to compare with each other haha. 

The other weaker alternative is the Reviews section in my profile but it
can only be sorted by likes and date of review not by rank. The reason I
want to put my rating and reviews straight in the list is because you
can't search for a specific user's review in the novel page if there are
too many reviews. You will have to search one by one. Its easier to
straight up  see why I put the novel in a particular list plus my review
in the list itself. Sigh, novelupdates is really not user friendly. <<less

Stories I've read where the MC has a second chance to relive their live better. They get a chance to fix their past regrets. Or... more>> get revenge. Ordered not by my rating but how much they utilised the second chance opportunity and how proactive and satisfying it is. <<less

List of novels I have read from China's cultural revolution era ordered by my rating :) Also, has all my reviews in the list! The setting in these stories can be felt, that old timey, nostalgic vibe. I'll also put what made me want to pick the story up. Just be warned
that I will delete the story from the list after I've read so the list
will frequently change. I like to view the cover art of the book, and be
able to see a lot of novel details on the list in one place instead of
having to click to the web novel page. I also include any translation
detail like where to find them if they aren't on novelupdates so I can
read the whole story without getting stuck halfway because of no
translations. Not in any particular order but I try to put similar
novels, either in expected tropes or vibes together. And the incompleted
ones at the back.  Recommendations are very welcome! <<less

All the novels I've read that takes place in modern times, usually high school. I find high school romance (if there are any) in cn novels more real and earnest because the characters are usually high school age and more innocent. Most of the stories here would be some form of transmigration or rebirth or second chance where the MC would have some form or fore knowledge or experience as an advantage. And they would work hard to not waste the 2nd chance to work hard and improve their future and/or their lover's future usually by studying to get into the top university of the story. <<less

List is ranked by romance that made me feel it the most to least! Here are stories where the romance was portrayed is such a way that I was very invested and can really feel the love the two characters feel for each other. Usually in web novels, I just go with the flow for the romance. Half the reason why is because if the ML really love someone will the ML disregard their lover's opinions during sex? And keep doing it until the lover is "sick/injured/sore/tired/need to lie in bed" the next day? The other half is just that the romance isn't written in any way to convince me lol. But these in this... more>> list definitely made me fans of their love! There may be some of that s*x until sore trope but if the romance still convinced me of their feelings, I'll still include it!

It was a little too short to really feel the  feels. But the developmwnt of the romance was very good and when they did show their love, the MC was super straightforward and eager! A refreshing turn. The ML too made me feel for him. It was just a little too short and the MC made me feel like he should be taken care off a bit too much. He's alrd younger than his yearmates lol.  <<less

So if I didn't give a rating, I won't sort it.

The bottom of the list that are my lower rated and unranked/dropped novels, I have moved to a new list "All Novels I've Read Sorted By Rating (3.7 Stars & Below + Dropped)" due to a list only having a max of 100. In the future, this will be basically my Top 100 list. Any recommendations are very welcome! All the family/village/kingdom building poor to rich, wealth making business type of stories I've read because this is one of... more>> my favourite tropes of all time! Including any business management! (Just discovered there is a tag for it haha) Its just that usually its not done very well or only the kingdom building is good and the characters and scaling is so bad its not enjoyable to read anymore. The stories included will have things like improving the quality of life of the village/kingdom, introducing modern advancements into an ancient/medieval culture type of place. And with likeable characters to keep you going. I'll only include the novels where I read 100% of it or most of it. Probably won't include any dropped novels. <<less

Any recommendations are very welcome! Stories where nothing really bad happens or if they do, there are really wonderful feel good scenes throughout most of the story. Something warm and sweet to read when stressed to make you smile, laugh or just feel happy. It's ranked according to rating which is basically how much I enjoyed the story. I tried to order them but some of the stories I like for very different reasons so take the... more>> order with a grain of salt!  There are also a lot of stories with my favourite tropes but not as high a quality of writing or TL. It should be able to make me feel a holistic array of human emotions and especially must make me feel that excitement of wanting to know what will happen next! So cannot be a one note pure faceslapping story or just a sweet romance story. However, since there are so few of these, I put stories I enjoyed but isn't quite a favourite too lol Maybe I'll remove the not quite favourites later haha <<less
