This is surprisingly a well thought out short story. The way the author was able to clearly define all the characters personalities through their actions was very well done especially in a short story. No extended paragraphs of descriptions to build the people and the world, just straight action.

And with the cultivation genre, MC falling in love with a sword spirit isn't that much of a stretch. But it's still unique since it's definitely not a common plot to explore.

Adorable and quick. The translation is of good quality. I really like this story's take on cultivation—and a literal sword as the ML was a refreshing twist.

Eeeeeeek this is so cute! I've never thought to imagine an actual sword as the ML but WHY HAVEN'T I?! It's brilliant. It's what I've been missing all this time.

For such a short story, this feels very complete. There's some plot twists, a climatic battle, and so much pampering. Honestly, with this level of pampering, the story length was just right.

I don't know how this translation group finds such cute romances, but all I can say is - jiayou!

It's a really cute feel good story. There isn't much depth or character development to it, so I would recommend d it if you're looking for a light read.

The FL is smart and knows what she wants and the ML is really cute.

This is fluff and cute love story between human (FL) and sword spirit (ML). It's false confession turned to true love.

Feels awkward imagining FL with bf as sword... but the ML was too cute that he suit for FL so can't really complain especially when he later revealed he had human form.

I've read beastman x human even monster/Zerg x human, but this is the first time I read a story about sword x human. It's truly a magical love between human and sword. Haha at first it was kinda awkward but ML wins you over with his adorableness. FL loves to tease the pure ML. They're so cute together~ No need to mind the other characters, just a bunch of brainless people like the usual in wuxia/xianxia/xuanhuan stories lol. I thank TL for translating this 🙇‍♀️👏❤️

Crazy. Even though I've read the synopsis, I still couldn't help but ponder on how crazy this was lmao

It's a sweet and funny novel despite its weird start, given the FL and ML's personality, this was naturally a very fun read. 🙉

ML was so cute and innocent until I never imagined that he would be an ancient spirit sword. I could get why MC ended up falling in love with him for real. I mean, who didn't want to have a puppy-like boyfriend like ML?

I'm also quite curious about their future kid? Would they really give birth to a sword?
