Meng is served in different kinds and I sorted them as: 

1.) Actual babies. Usually together with the tag #childcare. ✨️️️(human)bun ✴️child MC ⛳mpreg baby ⚙️️ virtual cub

2.) Transformed MC/ML. Usually the romantic partner has a cute form. ❣️️️️cub become lover(not real cub) , pet become lover ⚙️️ virtual lover

3.) Real, actual pet/animal raised by MC or ML ⛵beast companion(pokemon sorta) ♈real pet

Takame Bun dictionary:
