Though  these reasons are not simply negative though as some good novels are here ---- reasons these may be here:

(a) Dropped because not good enough, not to my taste, too boring, was mistaken of the story, or I enjoyed them without thinking of the quality itself (b) Not bad, but reading-on-hold for now, (c) Hiatus, Stopped novels (d) Enjoyed and read but not good enough (e) Locked behind paywall so I put aside for now because I'm paying for other things (e) Not translated yet or only read the start so I have initial impressions (which may be neutral or has some negative in it, for example: Dungeon defense WN as I inevitably get somewhat disappointed it isn't more like the LN)

All these series in my reading list are WNs/LNs that are masterpieces. I have personally read most of them and their quality can be guaranteed. Most of the series I recommend are fully translated/ have decent amount of chapters translated. A list of novels that I've read or am keeping up with. The list is mostly compromised of novels that contain any sort of future knowledge, as I like smart mcs that use that knowledge to their advantage. I try to find novels with no romance and no harem as they usually either make the protagonists make dumb decisions or make fill the plot with blander plots (in my opinion). The list is mostly filled with Korean novels as I find that Japanese and Chinese novels make the mcs too strong too fast. Some Korean ones do that too but it usually has a more unique storyline, such as "The main character hides his strength"... more>> (yes the title does suck though).There's also a small splash of GL and BL.

Novels I have read or am reading, which include skills, level/game system and/or reincarnation, basically isekai, or just some kind of a similar fantasy setting. It also includes my score for them and what I thought about them which might include slight spoilers(sorry), some 'reviews' are shorter either because i didn't have much to say about them or just because I forgot about them, I was reading novels before i made this account and list, so i've forgotten what i liked, disliked and what took place inside them. Mostly Korean and a few Japanese novels, I haven't and don't plan on reading any Chinese novels, i honestly can't understand the cultivation and divinity thing most... more>> of their novels have so i tend to avoid them. The list isn't in any particular order, the ones near the end are the ones i've read most recently. I will update this list and add novels i like and find worth reading everytime i discover one. Though it seems that a hundred novels is the limit on a list so I've moved on to another one with even more novels there.

I'll start with a big recommendation for:
1. Metaworld chronicles - wonderful series with well developed characters, magic, monsters and dragons, all set to a really well explored alternate modern Earth fuelled by magi-tech. It's the best in the genre and you should try it out!
2. Selena's Reign - only around 20 chapters out so far, but they're really well done. Beautiful descriptions (though sometimes a bit verbose) and the best depictions of a late 18th century setting that I've seen in an online fantasy. Read this for the magical second chance messiah in a gritty, Louis XIV->Napoleon type time frame world.
3. The Calamity of a Reborn Witch - more of a shoujo take on things, it's filled with political plots and conspiracies of a cinderella type heroine in a rather dark fantasy world
4. Forgotten Conqueror (this was on hiatus for a long time but restarted on the author's site) <<less
