Just novels that I found interesting.

Mostly tragedy, but not limited to that. I like a tragedy for a good cry, not for a distressed cry. So mostly these novels aren't full of abuse just to make you cry. You will cry because you feel for the characters. 

There are fluffs and diabetes here, but like I said, mostly tragedy. 

Please read the Genre and Tags of the novel before plunging yourself into this hellhole. 

My tendencies are to seek novels in which: the CP Happy Ending is when they are together <in death>, the CP Happy Ending is when they are together <in life>, the CP is supportive of each other, or the CP building is interesting.

I read a pretty wide range of genres, but in general I avoid harem, bad-end/tragedies (real life is depressing enough lol), and yandere (they creep me out). You might find some of the above on this list, but they'd have to be really good.

Do side characters bite into delicious morsels and wish to ascend to the skies because surely they'll never taste anything better?

I also like business aspects and such, but cooking at home is fine too. Contains het/bl mostly, but this list isn't really concerned with romance. A miscellaneous assortment of novels with some/a lot of focus on food that sounds good. I have other lists for plot. This list is for food.  <<less

Not all the novels on this list are equally good. Some are okay, some are good, some are loved a lot. Nevertheless, I managed to complete them, so that means they're all readable.

For novels that are my absolute favourites which are those that I will reread many times, I will mark them with a "Best-Loved" award.

Some may get a "Honorable Mention" if they don't quite make it to Best-Loved, but they do stand out from the rest.
