I really like unique stories so I try my best to find stories with unusual and refreshing plots that are different, though sometimes clichéd and trope-ish stories will be included if executed well, also since it’s kind of my guilty pleasure ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ 

I really enjoy tragedies with happy endings, psychological and angst so be prepared for dog blood in some of them! I include both popular and underrated stories, though I’m definitely trying to dig around the more underrated ones I’ve read and newly discovered ones to recommend.

I’m a very picky reader so I don’t add stories frequently, but still regularly so!!

revenge danmei novels where an mc who wasn’t treated right or even humiliated several times by ml finally vents. he either puts the ml in situations similar to the ones ml put him in or karma bites ml back in the ass. mc isn’t wronged or gets his happy ending at the end, but the actual story may be BE, may be HE, may be a bittersweet ending. 

somewhat softcore slag abuse. wronging or humiliating the mc here excludes physical or s*xual abuse, r*pe, pe*ophilia, etc. however, the novels in this list are not necessarily pure or healthy, and are mostly dark.

♡ tips for novel enjoyment (esp for newbies to the site ! ) ♡: 

♡ give each novel a fair chance even if the rating is low ! some people just rate 1 star for no reason (especially for BLs and GLs) without even reading it, which is highly unfair ! sometimes, you'll come across GOLD in the lower ratings ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

♡ check the OG novel publishing date ! older novels generally tend to have more questionable morals than ones from ~2019+, and they tend to be really cliche BECAUSE they were likely the pioneers of the genre (i.e. QT, apocalypse, etc...) you don't have to read them, but just keep that in mind !

♡ don't like? don't read ! ... But PLEASE read the synopsis and a few reviews to make sure you know what you're getting into both plot-wise and content warning-wise ! I see some people start ranting after going into a silly sweet QT novel expecting 9000+ level IQ protagonists and plots and,, i'm sorry but you're not gonna see that. manage your expectations and i assure you, you'll have a nice time! <<less
