I find these novels worth reading since they are well-built characters, have an interesting storyline, plot twists. At least, that is based on my opinion and taste.

To be fair, i am not actually a fan of light novel. but, there are still some gems in this site that i genuinely like. Novels on this list are mostly korea and china, since i really hate jp light novel and their troupe (harem, boring generic op MC, forgettable world building,...). if you can find some good jp ln, please tell me. I read a pretty wide range of genres, but in general I avoid harem, bad-end/tragedies (real life is depressing enough lol), and yandere (they creep me out). You might find some of the above on this list, but they'd have to be really good.

Updates whenever I read something good (fairly often bc I read an insane amount), but I'm pretty selective about what goes onto this list specifically. Check my reading list for the others that aren't quite at the this level. <<less

I have a bit of a hard on for Korean Novels in particular. It's just because of the stylistic choices these authors make. If Chinese Novels are about blood-thirsty, cruel, never-ending, arrogant, one-sided and shallow stories; and Japanese Novels are about weak-willed, nonsensical, piddling constantly hesitant stories; then Korean Novels are a different beast all together.

There are also novels that I REALLY loved reading but have no entries on this site. These novels are *legally* hosted on WebNovel and elsewhere. I will list the novels that struck me as abnormally good here in the description.

The novels I have read on this site started mostly in the Wuxia/ Xianxia Genre but with time I came to read more and more KR and JP stuff too. As a result, the contents will revolve around the usual genre tropes so I won't bother with a long list of tags. I don't have a lot of expectations for most titles I casually pick up.

What I consider when actually calling a novel "bad" is mostly bad writing ability (author) or translation quality. Otherwise there are some things like excessive NTR, those mostly have horrendous writing/ storytelling anyway. There are also things I just subjectively find boring of course.

I hope the list contains stuff that you may come to like just as I did :)
