It's a Sentinel-verse just google it has a huge cult following. However, mpreg is just basically mentioned once and one fanwai chapter that featured the kid. It is not sudden nor forced (like most mpreg who had dubcon elements). NOTE: IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ACTUAL MPREG NOVEL THIS IS NOT IT. It has soooo little mpreg theme. Only a sub-plot. This story is primarily about rags to riches family, face-slapping and revenge. Having a child is considered around 2/3s of th plot. One mpreg side couple, there's a few chaps in the extra about the child.

➰ beastman ⚪scifi ❕test tube/outside the stomach  || I love this novel it's so meng. I appreciate that the story  actually started when the zombie apocalypse is about to come. The reason for the apocalypse is well explained as it tied down to interstellar+beastman. As for children, the technology for MxM children naturally came in with higher civilization though it was done purely in the birth center(and incubator, most likely). They combine the genes of both parents. Wasn't really explained in detail just that it's high tech.

After estrus, mermaids will release spores just like fish and their race had something like Mother Nest where the eggs(that looked like big pearls) are nurtured. Despite the intimidating tags it's got an amazing story, amazing translation, amazing world building, amazing smut. Totally worth the read.

Aside from the cuteness, the world building is A+ excellent. Love the idea, love the story. Unfortunately, mpreg is still largely questionable. Yes, they produce eggs but Kangtas are all about nabbing another couple's egg and taking ownership of them and such. TOTALLY Worth the read tho, even if it isn't the mpreg you expect.

⚫supernatural/zongshi: pregnancy caused by supernatural phenomenon. ghost, zombie, or bead core, etc. 

♓cultivation: it changes body using either artifact, alchemy or a wuxia technique. or a special (cultivation) constitution.

❎ Yokai/Yaoguai/Animal Spirits: heavenly or demonic animal cultivator that became human(ie: gumiho/dragon). based on asian myths, though some stories put them together w/ orc trope

➰ beastman: kind of like Furries. Variations depends on the author. But basically it's evolved wild beasts with human forms. "females" (or sub-males in other versions) does not have full beast form. They are males who are weaker and capable of giving birth. Rare to find a beastman story with cisgender women.

⛔moye/ger: moye-special clan whose males are capable of pregnancy, usually in modern era./ ger-male (that can get pregnant) telltale red birthmark usually in forehead/wrist. set in ancient era. some have cisgender women, some don't.

⭕sub-male/inters3x/neutral: this is usually set up in a world where female gender is either extinct or dying. Variety of reason of capability of birth is human evolution or advancement of science. most novels had sub-males in low caste of society (like omega)

⚪scifi /bio-medical/pills: common setting is interstellar era. two kinds: interstellar: they use technology to give mpreg capability. Ancient setting: it mostly uses herbs or special pregnancy fruit (thus I called it bio-medical) or some witch doctor pill/tool.

❕test tube/outside the stomach: as a special note, I only included those that are biological children of the couple. not with another person. usual practice is they use advanced technology to combine the mc and ml's s**en to produce a child. sometimes "pregnancy sac" technology surfaces, like it will spend a few months inside shou's belly and will be taken out to the test tube for full term.

It's a great story. It's mpreg + system theme. But, the system is not on MC's side. MC is neither a transmigrator nor he is a reincarnator. There's a justification why MC can get pregnant in the normal world. But, I have to say the though mpreg is the main idea, mpreg itself isn't the main focus of the story. It has a very little part of child care even. Despite that and the low rating, I guess it's due to the lack of child care that the reader hope to see. Overall, I think it's a well written story. The world building is well built. The mtl is okay too.

I highly recommend you check Tyrant's Pet Palm Fish. MC and ML's dynamic is hilarious as ML goes from pet-s*ave to wife-s*ave. Birthing and raising kids is actually a pretty big part of the last third of the novel. MC's first time having kids is an accident after he has s*x with ML for the first time. He selects the option for a fish birth, so quadruplet boys are birthed pretty painlessly as fish eggs, and after a short time as cute fishies they transform into human babies. MC's second pregnancy is on purpose: ML's cousin has a baby daughter and MC decides that he wants one too! This pregnancy, he accidentally chooses the human birth option, and goes through the pain of a real pregnancy and birth. The ML's family in general is just great. His dad, the emperor, is a doting grandfather and his mother's side of the family loves the MC and his kids.
