I usually only drop & rate novels after I've read at least until c.35. Also, I like to change my ratings & reviews sporadically. Feel free to suggest more novels and/or argue with me.

I adore MLs who are a bit wrong in the head and crazy obsessed with the MC. They can be insane in general or insane for the MC, but more on the latter! They may or may not be manipulative in general or towards the MC. ... more>>

However note that the obsession and/or insanity of the MLs here are palatable. I'm a bit queasy with immoral/actually evil MCs and MLs and I tend to dislike them and the book even tho I know it's just fiction. So yeah, despite these guys being unhinged, they're not really evil and they won't abuse the MC.  <<less

Quality depends on my preference. I don't finish novels I don't like so if it's cringey, I would drop it. So the fact that I finished it means it was good and/or tolerable.

The target audience for this is (straight) women. So the protagonist is either a woman in a BG novel or a man in a yaoi story. So more like a reverse harem. 

Though as a disclaimer, some of these don't have a harem end, meaning, they didn't end up with the harem or they only chose one or they chose none. I also included those that are not technically "harem" because they are basically several souls but 1 ML.   <<less

♡ give each novel a fair chance even if the rating is low ! some people just rate 1 star for no reason (especially for BLs and GLs) without even reading it, which is highly unfair ! sometimes, you'll come across GOLD in the lower ratings ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

♡ check the OG novel publishing date ! older novels generally tend to have more questionable morals than ones from ~2019+, and they tend to be really cliche BECAUSE they were likely the pioneers of the genre (i.e. QT, apocalypse, etc...) you don't have to read them, but just keep that in mind !

♡ don't like? don't read ! ... But PLEASE read the synopsis and a few reviews to make sure you know what you're getting into both plot-wise and content warning-wise ! I see some people start ranting after going into a silly sweet QT novel expecting 9000+ level IQ protagonists and plots and,, i'm sorry but you're not gonna see that. manage your expectations and i assure you, you'll have a nice time! <<less
