Welcome stumbling passengers or veterans to the second installment of this list. 

Somethings I never had the chance to note because I (also) filled up the description boxes’ capacity limit in the first list. 

1. I have not read all the novels on this list YET. All read novels are on part 1 with the according reviews. I made this list so I could have something visual to look at when looking for good quality novels to read. I judge "good quality novels" by seeming reviews and ratings or perhaps the book has an interesting premise you don’t usually find.

2.  I look for a capable MC and a subjectively respectful ML, but that doesn’t necessarily mean every book I put here fits that requirement. Once again, there are always exceptions. 

3. I don't like looking at the rating of the novel when there are barely any reviews. Thus I look at the reviews. If the reviews (even scarce) like it, it has potential. Thus, FME indicates that a novel has been added regardless of NU rating.

Small disclaimer; As I'm in poor health, I may occasionally write incomplete summaries/reviews for certain novels or not rank them. It will be explicitly stated if I have done so. I would also like to note that oftentimes I may go off on a rant- this is due to my hyper-fixation on unnecessary details resulting from frustration. By "good romantic story", at minimum: no bs that isn't justified or explained, or is overly done; romance is not offensive, neither lead being an as*hole to each other; romance that isn't overly dry or has too much drama; leads may be either slightly stereotypes or codependent but at least it's cute and they are not 2d but the sides may be a little; chemistry is good and story plot is mediocre or vice versa... more>>

At best: independent badass leads where the romance is a build up of them doing their own thing and getting to know each other; solid world building; 3d characters all around; fluff that makes you happy and not bored to read; there is actually good plot; there is life beyond romance but the romance makes it nice to read too

High Quality BL (slightly more serious) reads set in modern/futuristic setting--or perhaps jumps between time through transmigration. This list is a part of a series classified by genre (because I have too many novel to fit otherwise) ; other lists of this series include Thriller/Action, Fluff, and Ancient Setting novels. I tried to include both known and unknown novels to give more diversity to the reading list. 

So what is my subjective version of a quality BL of this list?

-No/little plot holes & well developed plot

-Capable MC and ML  (not aggravatingly s*upid and knows when to respect each other but also put their foot down at the right moments). If not capable, at least not s*upid. 

-Lasting impression. I made this list by memory so if it's not on here...Chances are it's not worth remembering for the list.

 ****I have also included BL novels that have high expectations from me. The higher the expectations, the higher the stars (purely subjective, take it with a grain of salt). Hence, "***, **, *."

PS. Novels I've read are the only ones rated according to number. The rest (unread) are just listed randomly. 

PSS. There are always exceptions on this list that don't fit the requirements (most likely the unread ones). But it's not bad to explore out of your comfort zone. 

PSSS. Though not fluff, there will be some Feel Good (have more of a plot) novels here. <<less
