I made a list that includes what I considered the best of the best but I slowly built up a sizable list of novels that I wouldn't consider "great" but were a pleasant/tolerable read regardless. These managed to avoid most of the annoyances I have with novels while remaining interesting enough to keep me reading for a decent amount of time. In no particular order.... more>>
Great novels that I've read, the top three are all must reads. The rest are in no particular order. If you were wondering why a veteran like me places LMS in top 3 its because that was my gateway to fantasy. Lord of the Mysteries is good to the level that it could be worshipped. The mixture of suger & spice.
Long novels with more than 150 chapters. Has bl, romance, and long af fantasy/scifi novels. But some of the extremely long ones tend to get repetitive and a tad bit boring by the end. The 2nd to 24th book follows the pattern bl-bg-ml and each set has at least one lighthearted read so I don't get sick of reading. If I get bored halfway, I'll pause and read shorter novels as a palate cleanser... more>>
In this list, there will be a variety of novels that I have read throughout my journey. There are also some novels that I'm planning to read as well. Nevertheless for the ones I have read, I will try add some descriptions. ( may not have enough time, but I'll try my best). I've read about 90% of what is included in this list, so it'll take quite long to review all of them ( I would rather spend time reading novels). ... more>>
