The ML is gentleman and considerate; dots upon his partner; respects him & his decisions; supportive. They can be jealous, possessive or a bit rough in bed (consensual, obviously) but they contain all the above mentioned qualities as well.

I found many MLs who maybe doting but are kinda jerk to their partners or too much bully or tease. They are good in their own terms too but I still like the well behaved type. <<less

*Slow Burns don't scare me but fluff is nice too

BL stories with kids so cute they'll give you toothache. Novels in this list feature at least one extremely adorable child who is present for most of the story. Extra points for hypercompetent genius children who never cry, fuss, or do dumb kid things.
