I've came across most of this novels and i agree with you abt all of them but The Husky And His White Cat Shizun. At first i actually had your opinion about the story and despite really liking the writing style (it's so poetic and beautiful) i dropped it. I'm very picky with stories and whether they worth my time and attention so i drop novels with weak elements so easly. But i saw a lot of ppl talking about it and how amazing the plot is so i gave it a second chance and yes how wrong i was. The plot is really REALLY good. The author has a very unique storytelling. In the first chapters She (he?) Literally gives you a dot of the whole f*king story and in later chapters riveals the truth behind everything. In this novel everything EVRYTHING has meanings behind them. every character you come across is not only a passer that you'll never see again. characters are rich and villains are good .In one word in their work,don't trust what you see at first bc everything is way deeper and when you realize it,the past ,present and future all are pure tragedies. The novel is extremely plot-heavy and at the same time beautifull with the biggest plot twist ever. The characters will go under big development and growth(both of them) and for most of the novel are not like how they are in the first 80-90 chapters. However everyone have their own tast you not liking it is your own personal opinion but as your circumstrances were purely like mine i gave my experience ;)
