Various genres. I prefer smart, calm, or easy going characters. Not much dog blood found here. All the novels where the translation is incomplete, I finished reading via MTL and found the MTL very understandable. The quality of the novels in this list ranges from 3-stars to 5-stars, but I found them all enjoyable reads and would re-read them again. <<less

Ongoing translations for stories. Waiting for the translations to be done before I read. I'll also put what made me want to pick the story up. I also like to view the cover art of the book, and be able to see a lot of novel details on the list in one place instead of having to click to the web novel page. Also, I love being able to scroll through and seeing immediately which ones have been completed since I last checked the translations. I also include any translation detail like where to find them if they aren't on novelupdates so I can read the whole story without getting stuck halfway because of no translations.Not... more>> in any particular order. By "good romantic story", at minimum: no bs that isn't justified or explained, or is overly done; romance is not offensive, neither lead being an as*hole to each other; romance that isn't overly dry or has too much drama; leads may be either slightly stereotypes or codependent but at least it's cute and they are not 2d but the sides may be a little; chemistry is good and story plot is mediocre or vice versa... more>>

At best: independent badass leads where the romance is a build up of them doing their own thing and getting to know each other; solid world building; 3d characters all around; fluff that makes you happy and not bored to read; there is actually good plot; there is life beyond romance but the romance makes it nice to read too
