mxtx does it all right. again, this novel relies heavily on the past, which may be a turn off to some but it is very worthwhile. seeing the contrasts between the past and present are honestly heartbreaking, but at the same time, the character in the present would not be who they are without their past. and its beautiful. I could write an entire essay about how much I love this novel, the plot, the characters....

Overall a very nice read. Theres little focus on any revenge aspect (from what I remember, it wasnt the main priority of the plot) but really the MC making a name of himself in the classical music world. The main couple are very sweet together, probably my favourite between the 3 novels with similar settings. My only gripe is the way this one conflict was handled that made the plot sort of fall very easily into place for the characters- which is fine and all but it felt a little cheap for the characters for such things to happen in such a way although I do know that that something along those lines eventually needed to happen (in accordance to how suggestive the plot can be). Although predictable, overall a very nice read, although it does get kind of angsty for the side couple.  <<less

The main couple are certainly a driving point in the novel, they have a great dynamic, they're very nice together (although the ML does misunderstand something. but it was cute nonetheless). It is also very well written and translated, but it is still pretty easy to mtl if you do want to know what happens. 

Only reason I put it on halt is because the novel slowed down and the story was done for the most part anyways, but I do hope to finish it soon and hopefully update on any final opinions. But overall,  a very good read.  <<less

It's a very good and honest story. I like the MC and his personality, he knows what he wants and is not overtly annoying by any means and is mature in his decisions. He doesn't let anyone walk over him and I respect him for that. I dont remember too much about the ML, but I think that fit in line with the story, especially considering his personality. But it was enjoyable reading about his walls slowly be torn by the MC. Overall a very refreshing read, very slice of life, there is some drama and tension but its nothing too terrible.  <<less

One of the author's rebirth novels, where the MC strives to be the top supermodel in his new body. The main couple are very cute together, and it's nice they aren't entirely the main focus. However, one issue I did have with reading it (and like many other entertainment novels) is the whole thing with fans seeing the model for one second or smth and like. Instantly liking them. Or if they do one cute thing "and then everyone clapped" sort of thing. It's cute initially but it gets cringey as it gets overplayed. But past that, although entirely unrealistic, it is a nice and enjoyable read and the faceslapping is entertaining to say the least, although at some points some of it felt like it only happened to boost the main characters than for the plot itself.  <<less

This takes place in ancient china, where harems are common and catfights between women in said harems occur. This is evident in the first part of the novel, although it fades as the novel continues, so you dont need to worry about them getting in the way of the main couple. Their dynamic is very tender to read about. Reagarind the main character especially its indeed sad to hear about how wronged he was in his life, and how empty everything seems for him and how he tries hard for things hes assigned to do, but its nice to see as he grows and becomes more than that. (Cant really say much else without spoiling too much but it is a very enjoyable and relaxing, albeit a bit angsty to begin with.)  <<less
