MC is too excentric for my taste. And the romance is pretty dumb. They are obviously doing very ambiguous stuff and then act like its a totally straight thing to do. Who the f*ck invites their roommate to shower with them??? And thats only the begining. And you cant even say its cuz the MC is innocent and clueless, because he demonstrates that he knows people can misunderstand that he is gay but continues to do ambigious stuff. The thought process is so unrealistic and illogical. Pretty dumb. THe ML... more>> buys him breakfast everyday and he complains that it isnt the breakfast he wants. Seriously?? Is a a f*cking 7 years brat or a college student? The MC acts like a 14 year old when it comes to interactions. Dialogue is dumb. Character is dumb. This is personally what I call low tier fugioshi bullshit. I cant stand low quality works like this. If this was a hetero novel everyone would be shitting on this novel cuz the MC is THAT stupid. But its gay so any absurd illogical interaction become "comedy"

if you dont mind losing braincells for smut this is the novel for u. Personally i'd rate this a f*cke 2 star, but I know there are people out there who eat this sh*t up. I like to rate depending on what I feel and who others might feel so this is a 3. <<less

This story is humorous and adorable. The MC reminds me of Everybody Thinks That I like Him, which is also a fun story, At first the ML comes across as the typical cold, perfect guy, but he's actually quite pure and caring. The ML has no signs of becoming an insane, violent yandere, which is delightful break in the yaoi genre. The translation is smooth and carries across the humor very well. The misunderstandings in the story keep piling on, and it's absolutely hilarious!

I can't stop smiling and giggling while reading this novel. All those misunderstandings about them is hilarious as hell 😂Both the MC and ML are really cool. The struggle to express their feelings in words is there but the actions have said it all subconsciously.

Can't get enough of the 30 chaps. This is a fun read😊

What love stop rumors. This is definitely a case where the rumor become true and fuel the rumor even bigger.

I really have no idea that there are so many kind of scenario that would make people think you are gay lol. The story is refreshing, there's no heavy drapma or tragedy. The tone is lighthearted and pretty sexy after they got together. Definitely the perfect BL to read on train since it will brighten up your day.

This is one of the most hilarious novels I've read.

I would describe the dynamic between Wei Ru Song and Xiao Nian as absolutely perfect, funny and adorable. The misunderstandings in this novel are just exquisite 😂

You should give it a try ^^

Lol. Reminded me of "The Boy Next Door" (short korean drama series).

I love this kind of misunderstanding.

Edit: My God. I'm so thankful for this novel. The Boy Next Door only showed scenes of misunderstandings between the two characters and their peers. With so many tease and hanging ending. I thought this was gonna be like that. But I forgot the Yaoi tag there lol. Yes!

Please let it end with a bang! Let the world know their relationship haha

A fast paced and light hearted read, this is just pure and utter dog food. Doesn’t cleanse the palette, nor bring new flavors, it’s just a simple love with a bit of an aftertaste.

The comedy is up there but this novel is quite a superficial read.

How to describe my feelings?

Just LOVED IT!!!!!!!! LOVED IT!!! LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!

... more>> Well the only thing that I didn't like was probably the fact that it was a bit too short.....

BUT BUT BUT who cares?!!!!

The story didn't drag, the main couple was adorable AF, this was not the overbearing pres kind of story (I'm already fed up of those.. geh), the flow of the story was just perfect........ starting from silly misunderstandings to the start of their cute relationship, it didn't feel forced!!! They were quite natural, I don't know how it's for het guys but for me, them loving each other felt quite natural and pleasant so I'll recommend it to everyone.

It's quite short so, you won't be bored and for me it was a break, that is, from my quick wear binge reading... hahaha

Well definitely recommended!!

This is absolutely adorable. Both characters are so likeable and cute. There’s very little conflict and it’s really just lots of fluff and sexual tension and smut. It reminds me of Everyone Thinks I Like Him. MC is just a tad bit too stupid for me, which is why I knocked off a star. No seriously, there was a couple scenes where I refused to believe someone at college age would think and act that way. Anyways, if you like being fed dog food and are looking for a good... more>> time, this is it. It’s a good length. I also really enjoyed the 4th wall breaks haha. Also, I love Jolin Tsai so that reference cracked me up. <<less

This novel is meant to be short, cute, and funny - and it does its job. The MC often break the 4th wall to lament the author. There are constant misunderstandings, rumors, and shenanigans going on at all times. The side characters are colorful and could use a story for themselves (I especially like the 2nd couple).

There's nothing new or exciting about this series. In fact, it's very similar to "Everyone thinks I like that I like him". But overall well executed and didn't drag on into infinity. Unexpectedly very real and very good. Super absolutely hilarious and really well-portrayed budding romance/college slice-of-life. Despite the ML being your stereotypical "cold but perfect school-idol/prince" that frequently shows up in many CNovels, the fantastic, vividly portrayed MC rescued and elevated the entire story.

The characters are well-developed and there's a lot of subtleties in the background relationships as well. The romance progressed very naturally and the sentiment between the main leads are absolutely adorable.

One of the few CNovels that portray a homosexual relationship more realistically (instead of just being a fetishized... more>> copy of a het relationship).

Though I continue to hold the hope of those irritating 'designated spots' of who's top and who's bottom disappearing... or at least, seriously not being a big deal when the supposed 'bottom' wants to 'top.'

Omg!!! I'm really useless, I just found this Jewel!! Where have I been?!!!!

This story was awesome, sweet, funny, and really good!!

I really recomendid it! Its feels so real, the feeling, and anything!!

The ML was amazing, the MC not really sissy, well... (Depend on you see the MC) but, what I know this novel was seriusly good!!!

It’s a really cute and short novel. It was pretty funny here and there and pretty casual. It’s fun to read if you have some time. The characters are really nice, and I love the drama and humor from the thoughts of the MC.

The first time I've been thankful of rumors <3!!! This was just too cute. Rating this 4.7

Highly recommended and lasts for 30 chaps only~ You won't get bored and you'll finish quickly without breaking momentum and flow.

And I just figured out that I have biases with BLACKBOX TL's BL choices! They're all awesome!

This is a very funny novel that has a bit of angst, a dash of smut, and a whole pot of misunderstandings that will crack you up the right way.

It focused on the romantic relationship between MC and ML and all of the things they realized in order to get together. Really worth your time! Really worth tour read!!! Promoting shamelessly!!! 💗💗

I gotta say. The beginng chapters seem forced and very boring. I didn't like it much.

But idk. For some reason I could put this novel down.... The story got better and better as I read it. I also liked how short this novel is.

I've read many novels over 100+ chapters and I hate it when the author drags out the story and it becomes boring.

This novel is just right and fluffy. Definitely would recommend this novel.

This is a really, really great read for me. So glad that I found it. Kyaahh! So meng!

This book is hilarious! I needed to remind myself to breathe at some point. (dear, gosh hahahaha the embarrassing moments! The misunderstandings are so funny.)

The ML is really nice and thoughtful, I liked how he just keeps a straight face on even when other people misunderstood their relationship so bad. 😂 They have a pure relationship. Really. ♡ This is highly recommended for a light read. I finished it very quickly and just had to sigh about the cuteness.

The fluff comforts my abused heart from reading the dramas of the other novels.

This novel is hilarious. It's the more ridiculous and shorter version of Everyone Thinks That I like Him though there is a significant difference of course. I love both novels, this is just funnier. MC and ML are funny and adorable together and the way their relationship developed is actually nice.
