I found the characters quite three-dimensional, not just MC and ML. The characters remained constant, without drastic changes, but with a hint of human nature that impacts their behavior, which made them more realistic. Of course, it's still a novel, so don't expect the plot to resemble exactly to the life of ordinary mortals xD

This novel have school life, action, fight, mecha, friendship, face slap and conspiracy. The romance part is more a sub-plot, ML felt in love first and the fluff is near the end. The last part is more angsty and you really don't know how it's gonna end, but it's not to the point of turning over several times in your bed, don't worry.

ML is a mighty and cold ML, who helps in the shadows. Even if, in fact, MC is probably stronger than him xD. The romance part is more like a bonus, some sweets in that good plot. The story has many chapters, but I didn't felt them pass xD (/!\ light spoiler: the extras didn't say if they will have children. I guess they won't, because of the body problem. It's satisfying to watch her grow throughout the story, to a little girl who believe in fairy tail to a powerful figure in the cultivation world. Contrary to what the summary says, she did not change her image for ML, nor because her image displeased him. ML doesn't care about the roles she plays and sometimes even seems to like them a little... ML is a former military, who retired after an injury and took over the family business. I find that he has more the aura of a soldier than that of a businessman, he is decisive and he gives a feeling of security. MC and ML go really well together.

It's a pleasant story to read, which is short, but without a feeling of incompleteness. At the end, there is the death of a character, which gave me the feeling that it was a screenplay shortcut. It's a small downside, but it didn't spoil the story. Recommended <<less

What I like the most about this story is the "original novel", mainly because it looks suspicious. Is this a fate that can be avoided? Where are the lies? What are the secrets hidden between the lines? Not everything is predictable and that leaves an open door for questioning.

And the characters... Who can you hate with all your heart (except that bastard, too bad you didn't die more miserably)? Even though they did the unforgivable and deserve their end, it's hard to hate them like in the beginning, because the author has developed how they got there. The main couple are endearing and it was a pleasure to watch them fall in love. Special mention to Bibi, my favorite secondary character, I love you Bibi, as devoted and fierce as you are >w<

It's HE (for those who have concerns because of the title). The tragedy is more in the truth, than in the facts of MC's current life. <<less

Nevertheless, the comments seem to lean that it fits rather well with reality. (Of course, keep in mind that autism is a spectrum, so each individual is unique and traits don't fit everyone) ML also has a difficult past, with significant trauma. As a result, at the beginning of the story, he is suspicious of others, pessimistic and with a weak motivation to live. Thanks to the care of MC his character grows a lot and he opens up to the future.

And they fall in love. Secondary characters have their place in the story, even if their story isn't always thorough.

I'm not sure what to say about MC other than that she has a knack for getting into trouble and is a likeable young lady overall. She is not the type to fix everything on her own and is quick to ask for outside help. Nevertheless, as soon as it touches an emotional point, she is rather impulsive, which gives her an immature side, but that corresponds to her age. She's not an obedient girl, as long as it doesn't have too much impact, she doesn't hesitate to break/bend the rules.

ML looked like a damsel in distress XD In fact, he's an ordinary person, it's hard to help MC beat ghosts. I found him to have a calm and gentle personality. My black point would be that he babysit MC, which is not my cup of tea. Afterwards, I found it less boring in the second part of the story, because their relationship seemed more balanced to me, while keeping the charm of the olderxyounger trope~

The novel takes place over ten years, so not all events are very in-depth. I found that a bit of a shame, but, at the same time, the story would be much too long xD

ML has discovered another way of life and enjoys taking these "country holidays". MC brought a lot of glory to ML's name, but that was what she wanted, not him. Rest assured, MC will not remain a hidden gem c:

The story begins when MC arrives at her new school, having reunited with her biological family. Destiny or not, but this is the school where ML studies, their two worlds are no longer separate. MC is a cold girl with a soft heart, a bit op, but with a few flaws, it didn't bother me, I found her cool. ML is a troublemaker and has a tendency to get him in trouble, which may get annoyed at the start of the story, but he's just a dumb boy xD They are a couple that I found endearing and that brought me a lot of fun (and a bit of frustration).

Otherwise, it's a good story in the same type, there is neither absurd love nor hatred and is part of a non-unrealistic school universe. I found MC's family to be a good point, they ain't brainless, without affection, you only feel that they made the wrong decision, driving a deep misunderstanding between them and MC. Personally, I'm of the opinion that MC should give them a second chance, not necessarily to all family members though. Without forcing the relationship, but without cutting it as she did. Otherwise, it's still a story where the "real" and the "fake" girl seem like they can't live well without causing each other's bad luck... .-.

MC wasn't too op and is far from s*upid. She has her own way of being. It is a good green tea, which accepts those around her with their qualities and faults. She's a bit of a face-con, but not superficial when it comes to real feelings. Even though ML is handsome, I always felt that she was more interested in his personality. She found him different from all the men she met and she fell in love with this "old-fashioned" man. ML is older, considerate, with a charming soft and cute side.

The characters have all evolved since the beginning of the story and each have their little thing that sets them apart. Nevertheless, I felt that their individuality became superficial by the end of the story. The story also mentions mental illness and Alzheimer's disease, the description of which leaves me a little dubious. Even if the author did not write randomly, there are certain details which seemed to me to be false. But hey, it's not the main subject of the story, so I open and close an eye.

I expected more twist, but the plot is finally quite calm and not too sensational. MC likes to watch drama and act unexpectedly, which brings a lot of fun in this variety show. MC doesn't need to do much and the antagonists either shoot themselves in the foot, or get shot down by other "bad guys". MC, during this variety show, enlarged her circle of friends (which was only one person until then), permanently escaping from her original setting, tasting the flavor of affection, accompany by the dazzling progress of her career. ML and MC are cute together, but I have to say that the friendship carries more the story than their romance.

Basically, the story is about how MC is revolutionizing the medical world, bringing cultivation elements into futuristic science. MC goes from unknown to global idol, resurrects cultivation knowledge, and successfully becomes an immortal (while defeating villains along the way). As far as romance is concerned, it is very little present. In fact, ML has a one-sided love almost throughout the story. Even though I find it a shame that MC is a piece of wood, the affectionate ML always brings something to the story (bend or not bend? aha) and remains her closest person.

The ending felt too rushed and all the little storylines didn't feel finished, but that didn't spoil the story in my opinion. Even if the secondary characters have their own identity, they remain quite superficial, the lack of lines no doubt.
