Maybe it's only just me who feel this but if you are like me and want to see MC/male pregnancy and babies then this list is for you. The journey to a beautiful romance isn’t easy. Life is complex, and it is bitter and sweet. By the way... the ranking doesn’t really matter. 

I wanted to rank this according to how much I cried, but sorry it doesn't seem to be working XD No worries, it isn't like some sort of dog blood drama. It's just...tragic but with a happy end.
