For recommending female protagonists that don't immediately lower their IQ and EQ when a (ML) man enters the picture. Strong is also used somewhat lightly. Judged mainly by how "absorbing" they are to me. If they have enough attraction to keep me reading until the end without moving to other novels, they will be put here. Bonus points if I still keep thinking about them long after they finished.

Therefore, the genres are scattered all around. Some novels has captivates me with their worldbuilding, some from character development, or many other things. The novel length also varies greatly. Short novel is not always bad, and long novel can get boring.

Basically stories that don't treat women like tr*sh. Stories that see women as complex beings and doesn't slut-shame or victim-blame them. Stories where women have... more>> self-esteem. Stories where the FL has female friends and the relationship is strong. Romance stories where the partners don't abuse each other but treat them with love and respect. The protagonists in these might not all be physically strong but they are mentally strong. They have their own desires and ambition without having everything done for them by their love interests.

In this list belong the stories with lighthearted plot. If you find the logic in it you may have some strong critique towards the plot so do not do that.
