MC is already pretty young at present (only 20) but ML apparently fell in love with him at 15. 15!!! ML was like 25~ at the time. I wouldn't be moved and think "He's loved me for a long time", it would be more like "Call the police!". I'm just trying to not think about the age thing but it has considerably lessened my appreciation of this work :( <<less

Ma'am, his brain really just works differently and I'm here for it hahaha. In any case, he's capable in his own way and his survival is mostly hinged on his efforts and not because he has a big thigh to hold on (unlike in To Be A Heartthrob). In comparison, ML is strong but not really that necessary??? Not the whole time since he has important contributions later on. But for the most part, his presence is more like... fun s*xual harassment? Yes, those words shouldn't belong with each other but it just makes sense (;u;) Their CP is cute however you might feel a lack of dog food since they got together near the end (200~ chapters afaik) and there wasn't much parts focused exclusively on them. There's a greater focus on the overarching setting of the ghost instances and that's good too since the concept is really interesting. However it's more of a mess than the other one plot wise: Time skips are sometimes poorly defined, things are pretty confusing, and some stuff can be explained and expanded further etc. But this was still a bit more interesting and creative and I prefer this more (even if I'm itching to revise and add to it). Characters were likeable and the progression of the relationship was nice. Lots of elements and magical/cultivation stuff that could have been explored. Arrrgh I really wish it was written better. More world building, better transitions, proper character building (I can't care about a character you threw at me at the latter end of the story okay?!!). Honestly, if you're tired of conflicts that arises from secrets and misunderstandings, this is for you since there's no drama about that here ^o^ Seriously, they're just CUTE. So much dog food from the doting husbands.

Also, the side characters!!! There's a wealth of characters considering we have 2 different "opposing" factions. Every once in a while you'll meet a new powered character and they get added to the (messy) crew. Everyone is just so likeable and lovable. It's so fun reading about all their antics and somehow I wish I can be in the novel and watch their livestream too. What a mess but I'm here for it ♡ Sadly there aren't any other canon CPs besides the main couple but there are other shippable possible CPs. I'm happy enough with that.
