Novels I have read or am reading, which include skills, level/game system and/or reincarnation, basically isekai, or just some kind of similar fantasy setting. The list also includes my score for them and what I thought about them which might include slight spoilers (sorry), some novel 'reviews' are shorter either because I've forgotten about them or just didn't have a lot to say about them. Mostly Korean and a few Japanese novels, I haven't and don't plan on reading any Chinese novels, i honestly can't understand the cultivation and divinity thing most of their novels have so i tend to avoid them, and I avoid slice of life novels like the plague. Other novels:

Birth of the Demonic Sword (C641)Good for like first 500-600 chapters. After there's a couple time skips, which I don't mind but events also just feel filler/boring. Also kind of feels a bit like a Reverend Insanity rip-off. MC has parts different enough but there's not enough meaningful character interactions (esp. later on)/inner monologue (for philosophical stuff) imo.

Author's POV - 4.5/5; C646; Good series inspired by Novel's Extra. Romance is handled much better imo.

Shadow s*ave- 2/5; Finished Vol 2. Vol1 was good. Vol2 felt like MC only ever interacted with the other MC and the side characters sort of just followed the party along without interacting/much presence. Also just didn't like the logic of vol2 so dropped.

Cultivation Online -3/5; C560; Enjoyable for 3/5 but the MC sort of just keeps levelling up without any impending threat so it feels kind of boring after the initial mystery of the world is lost.

The list is in no particular order, but novels with <100 chapters and on hiatus/slow updating (less/around as often as 1 chap/month) will go in the back, starting at #33. This is because I assume people are looking for binge reads like me.

My preference: Meandering slow-burn novels like Mao Ni's stuff get extra points. Harem/romance/face-slapping power fantasies get minus points. Completed novels get bonus points, and terrible endings get points knocked off. Also plus points for character building friends/family/enemies and down points for solo yolo.
