My preferred taste is FLUFFY, but I also sport for the occasional angst & tearjerker novel. Modern stories are personally easier to digest. Historical or xianxia/cultivation stories are loaded with Chinese references & I can easily get lost. However, they can be very poetic & beautiful, which is why I bear the pain of treading carefully. Unlimited flow is a fun pastime at the cost of my brain cells.  <<less

BL novels that I have dropped or stopped reading due to them either being too boring, repetitive, triggering or not really worth completing in my personal opinion. It could also be coz I don’t have the ability to appreciate at the moment or I was just not in the needed space to enjoy them.

I’ve still rated them on writing style and plot, also translations of these are all quite good.

This recommendation list is mixed of historical setting, modern setting, school life, showbiz setting, and fantasy genre.

A collection of completed BL novels I really enjoyed. Its a mix of transmigration / wuxia / interstellar / abo / slice of life setting novels. I am mostly a fluff person so this list may have plenty of stories which revolve around that insted of smut. Also, many novels have censored smut so yeah...dont expect much explicit scenes.... more>>

MC = shou / uke / the wifey usually as most main charas are the uke. ML = his hubby / gong / seme. In the case of Gong MC then its the other way round~

Just a note tho that not all are human x human relationships. Some are relationships between beasts with human forms.

My #s are just for me to remember which story is which since it gets messy after reading alot of novels. But, similar novels should bear the same # so if you want reccs for the same type of novel, just follow the #s~
