https://www.novelupdates.com/series/tsuki-ga-michibiku-isekai-douchuu/- Tsuki starts out as an action Isekai but it quickly evolves into a world building political story since the MC is dedicated to being a merchant and he can't just freely amass power since the goddess that summoned him is against him. it's on the same level as Soudoki and Sevens which you also have on this list

I like it cause each of the romantic interests are all really likeable once you get to know them and it's realistic in a since cause they all come from different standings. The funny part is as a slight spoiler, all his interest are the girls who kill him in the future so there's a bit of comedy in the MC trying to avoid them but ending up getting involved anyway.
