Here is where I will be adding danmei that I don't think are on Novelupdates yet, but feature CPs with healthy relationships.

如烟如汀 (Highly recommend): Entertainment, omegaverse -- Cute and determined MC with a mature ML who has learned from past relationship mistakes. I love how the MC was absolutely unwilling to abandon ML at all times; he was willing to power through any storm with him, and like ML's friends said: that's why he's MLs ultimate true partner in the end. ML also just makes me swoon--nuff said.

在逃生游戏里撩宿敌 (Highly recommend) : Horror, unlimited stream, mystery & puzzle solving. MC and ML together are a power duo that beats the sh*t out of ghosts. MC is super smart and has a knack for assessing the bigger picture, also coquettish and flirty, w/ a sassy and lovable personality to match. ML is maxed out in stats on physical strength lmao, he can kick a ghost's ass--they're all afraid of him, he's like the tank. I also find it hilarious how he carries around machine guns, grenades, and weapons so he can use them against ghosts (and it works). The two have a bantering relationship, which is hilarious to read, but they work together SO well, and ML always, ALWAYS gets revenge against ghosts and players who lay a finger on MC. This novel is long, but I read it all the way through so fast because each and every arc was that GOOD. Seriously, there are several twists in each arc and it takes brain power for the MC to figure out each twist and it comes together in such an awesome way that leaves you baffled. The horror is also on par with Kaleidoscope of Death.

专属深爱 (Highly Recommend): This one gets hot lmao, there were actual explicit scenes that went on for a few pages. One of my favorite tropes: Mutual redemption--ML and MC both redeem each other and help one another live better lives. ML has a shameless mouth, and he loves to screw around with the MC (he's an actor so he sometimes puts on an act just to mess around LOL). MC is one of my favorite character archetypes (cold but soft on the inside) and gong is also, surprisingly, a character archetype that I drool after (charming and gentle to his shou). He's so caring to MC, only wanting to give him the best and help him succeed. Compared to this author's other entertainment novels, I would say this novel is more on the light and fluffy/romantic side rather than focusing on melodrama and dog blood (which is why it's my favorite out of all their novels). Same author as "Shaowang" and "Pay Attention to Me"

仙尊的遗愿 - xianxia, senior brother ML x junior brother MC, 20 chapters in and i'm already crying. plot is filled with action, heartrending stories, MC really went through a lot. If you like MCs w/ hidden sad pasts and trauma who didn't deserve what happened to them, here u go. Plot slowly unravels as you read and find out what truly happened in the past, to cause all the senior brothers/sisters of MC to die, including his very own beloved senior brother ML who is a legendary genius. I love these plots that work their way up in intensity and brim w/ secrets that keep readers up at night. MC was only soft toward ML, and ML always spoiled him with sweets and pastries.

- 混进来了条真人鱼 by 日千引 : we got some thriller/crime/mystery + mermaid shou + older man gong! I love mature gongs who are the "daddy" type, so they take good care of the shou lol. ML is protective of MC, and there's an age gap. This story got bloody at times, especially when I wasn't expecting it! But the relationship is A+. There's also childbirth/mpreg in this, so something to watch out for if that's not your taste, but if it is, go at it!

- 我很可爱请给我肉 : MC turns into a dog after an accident and is adopted by ML. I love the relationship development and bonding that the two protagonists undergo in this novel, there are actually circumstances and situations that push them together and allow them to establish a really, really heated bond. MC is so cute as ML's pet, and ML is so doting to him, not letting him lose out in pampering competitions against other pets lol. One of the things that kept me reading was "How is the secret gonna come out/How is the ML gonna find out that MC is his pet"

- 杏雨街 by 李书锦 : This one is so underrated :( but it's so good. The storyline is more about the romantic development between MC and ML. ML is literally so doting and gentle towards MC, and once you read, you'll understand why. This story does a really good job of differentiation between codependence and romantic feelings, and the CP is clingy with each other, to the degree where it's too sweet

- 化形后影帝非要我当萌宠 : MC is a squirrel who is raised by actor ML, and lemme tell you the amount of trust they had in each other, even when MC was a little pet, was one of the novel's brightest points. ML is 100% always backing up MC, buying him the best acorns and snacks and pet playgrounds. And MC calls ML his favorite human lol. They're just super sweet to each other and, surprisingly, I'm not for pet BLs, but this one just hit my heart. There were so many intense scenes where the MC ALMOST gets caught by ML that just kept my eyes glued to the page. And when his secret came out, awwww my heart--

木星 by 李书锦 : music producer ML who takes on the gentle persona and singer shou who's really clingy with ML in a coquettish way. It's mostly about the development of their relationship and warm feelings. What I like about this author is they really take time to flesh out the emotional/romantic line so you feel your heart beating as you read about the characters falling in love. It's gentle and healing.

严禁造谣 : entertainment, ML and MC are always shipped by the netizens, but they've never even met each other before lmao. So what happens when MC and ML finally have their long-awaited meeting...? It was hilarious how MC's bandmates shipped him wholeheartedly with ML, and even ML's friends were supportive of their ship. No annoying characters. Just a healthy and fluffy relationship, they actually become really good friends first (eating and playing games together, hanging out all the time) before establishing a romance, sticky-sweet. ML also tells MC that he will never do anything that the MC doesn't want him to--we love MLs who respect boundaries.

爱豆和我，全网最火 : secret love comes true, entertainment, youth, school-life. MC is a hardcore fanboy of ML (in an idol cpop group) and finally gets the chance to meet him in person when he has to attend MC's school as his deskmate to film for a variety show. What ensues is basically just sweetness and fluff as the two get to know each other and gradually fall in love. ML is so gentle and attentive with MC aghh my heart, and he does for MC what the exact definition of an idol is: uplifts and encourages the MC to strive to be himself and follow his heart's desire. MC online is a gushy fanboy, but in real life, he's withdrawn and introverted so he's actually lonely. ML helps him to speak up for himself and really live the life he wants to.

信息素设陷 : entertainment, bodyguard alpha x celebrity singer omega. Another slow burn with amazing emotional development between the leads. MC is a star who has basically been treated like a cash cow by his agent, so having someone like ML come into his life, who listens to his wishes and respects his ideals, is life-changing to him. Gentle MLs are my weak spot, and this ML is so caring of MC. He literally treats him like a gem. The variety show/camping arc was hot.

一年出现一次的男人 : two-way crush, match made in heaven; angsty with knives but the knives are sweet at the same time. strange contradiction but you'll understand while reading. MC is God of Misfortune whilst ML is God of Fortune, so their lives are vastly different with MC being ostracized and neglected and ML having waves of fans and admiration. ML goes down to the mortal world to experience his calamity and MC's task is to report on him (hence the reason why he can only appear "once" a year to ML; one year in the mortal realm is one day in Heaven) and they gradually fall in love. So many quotes in here actually brought me to tears. Actually rlly s*upidly sweet and I actually quite like this ML and MC but ok. Also, this novel was one word: chAOTIC. The feeling you get in the beginning is completely different than the feeling you get in the end, if ya know what i mean. the book shifts tone/atmosphere in the middle and dragged on longer than it should have...

-除我以外全员非人[重生] : Zhi Chu (Fanservice Paradox, Lovely Allergen, etc.) always delivers  Has magical elements/demon bloodlines. MC dies mysteriously in the midst of a war and is reborn into another body where he then re-attends his alma mater, where the ML is an instructor (so we have a teacher x student relationship here, I guess?). He then tries to uncover the conspiracy behind his death. Readers who liked Mo Dao Zu Shi will like this novel. MC is your outgoing, bubbly guy and ML is your cold, powerful and ascetic beauty who doesn't like to socialize. MC dies completely oblivious to ML's feelings and ML waits, looks forward to, and even tries bringing back MC's soul. As with the rest of Zhi Chu's works, the relationship between MC and ML is one that will make you jealous lolol //they have that natural understanding and intimacy.

- 热搜预定 : entertainment, ML is into BD*M, but this is a minor factor of the plot. He loves and respects MC. Marriage first love later. Mainly about developing the romance between MC and ML, slow burn so they don't actually confess and get together until the last five chapters (I didn't like this, because just as they got together and actually became lovey-dovey and fluffy, the novel ended. Left me unsatisfied, really. All that development and no sugar for the readers).

- 这个小Alpha有点甜: omegaverse, mpreg, younger gong x older shou. The CP does have minor misunderstandings but they work it out and communicate, mainly because ML loves MC wholeheartedly and the MC, being older, is extremely patient and gentle with the ML

- 知彼 by 嗜酒吃茶 : childhood friends turn lovers, cold and possessive ML x innocent and happy-go-lucky MC; reminds me of "Lovely Allergen" but without all the food lol. MC is clingy with ML, and ML is only soft towards MC.

- 小渣狐今天掉马了吗？: sweet/fluff, lovers reunited, amnesia. Cold and powerful ML x cute, innocent-ish fox MC. ML and MC were actually in love and planning to be married, but something happened to the MC; MC betrayed ML and left, lost his memories, accidentally finds ML again after 1,000 years. It's not as angsty as it sounds. In fact, they get together really smoothly and there are hardly any big issues. The romance in this one is reciprocal. MC loves ML and ML treasures MC. ML isn't overly obsessive or possessive. He's normal compared to all the MLs I've seen in other novels LOL.

- 我，还能抢救一下吗？[穿书] : transmigration, unrequited love, age progression, yandere-ish ML x gentle-healing MC. This novel is so sweet, but at the same time, it has knives. MC's goal is to help ML experience love, so he dotes on ML a lot and it gets incredibly sweet. ML is extremely clingy with MC and likes touching him a lot; his possessiveness can get unhealthy, but this can be attributed to his mental illness and he doesn't want MC to hate him so he never crosses boundaries. MC and ML love each other so much I'm in tears. The scene where MC realizes he loves ML regardless of his gender had me bawling. Me the whole time I was reading: "I came here for dog food why am I getting dog blood???"

- 教授，抑制剂要吗 : Omegaverse, professor x student, Mpreg //Gong takes consent seriously because of what his mother went through at the hands of his father. He never wants to subjugate shou to the same torture. Wolf-like gong x Ice-cold beauty shou

- 被天选之子退婚后 : Cultivation + Mpreg //This one started off good, but then I remember being weirded out by the end because it brought in the 'past' life of MC and ML out of the blue?? BUT compared to other BL novels, MC and ML show their love to each other in a more equal way (ML doesn't love MC more than MC loves him back and vice versa). The MC can be immature at times, but he's not too extreme about it. 

Have you read Death Progress Bar? The couple is one of the healthiest I’ve seen and quite communicative. They’re like each other’s rock in the sea of sh*t that keeps flying at them (the plot). It’s pretty lighthearted though and I highly recommend. 

The CP in Tian Guan Ci Fu and Mr. Melancholy Wants to Live a Peaceful Life are also quite good in their devotion to each other. 

All three have the feeling of their lives becoming much fuller and happier by simply being in each other’s company.
