My preferred taste is FLUFFY, but I also sport for the occasional angst & tearjerker novel. Modern stories are personally easier to digest. Historical or xianxia/cultivation stories are loaded with Chinese references & I can easily get lost. However, they can be very poetic & beautiful, which is why I bear the pain of treading carefully. Unlimited flow is a fun pastime at the cost of my brain cells.  <<less

Going into 2024, these novels continue to enrapture me due to their exceptional world-building, nuanced character arcs, and compelling plot-lines. Ranks are sorted.

I'm in search of modern dungeon, hunters, game ranking system novels preferably with a sprinkle of romance! An example would be like: Solo leveling which I have already completed (The romance is at the very ending) ... more>>
