It's good so long as you can turn your brain off a bit and enjoy it for the absurdity/comedy.

Spoiler

There are a lot of contrived plot developments that are hand waved away by the MC's perception that the system is unpredictable. When a lot of times it's simply the MC not understanding the other characters (or not even trying to understand). Though to be fair there are times it truly is rando.

The MC's denseness is facepalming at times. He literally has a system that tells time that the last boss is in love with him, but wonders why her reaction is strange when he invites her to an expensive restaurant and doesn't clarify he wants her to watch his back against another boss. Honestly I've seen this exact scenario a few times before and it gets pretty old...

In short he does a decent job preparing for things in advance despite things changing from the original scenario, but most of it is solved by the plot armor system. But he's pretty sh*t when it comes to communication or dealing with people. Unless it has to do with fishing for rewards from the system. Then he's an expert at manipulating people. Especially trolling.

That said, its fun enough if you don't sweat the small things.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed reading this novel. The premise of being transmigrated into a game world and having a skill that seduces villains sounds like it could easily become silly or overdone. However, the author manages to make it work remarkably well.

The protagonist embraces his unusual situation quickly and handles the eccentric cast of characters with care and nuance. It's entertaining to see him intentionally leverage genre tropes and his intimate knowledge of each character in order to survive. The story finds a good balance... more>> between humor and genuine stakes.

The diverse cast of obsessive yandere love interests could have been one-note, but they are given depth and thoughtful backstories. Their relationships with the protagonist feel organic rather than forced. It's fun to see the chaos that ensues when these volatile personalities intersect. Honestly, all the characters are loveable, especially the heroines.

The writing has an energetic pace that makes it easy to binge read. The world building stands out as creative and immersive. My only complaints would be around some occasionally awkward transitions in the writing.

Overall, the blend of comedy, intrigue, and yanderes offers something for many different readers. I'm looking forward to seeing where the story goes next! <<less

The main character of this novel is an unfortunate fellow that entered a game world doomed to be destroyed, he now has the mission of saving it.

He gets constantly thrown in dangerous situations that involve the FMCs that are both absolutely crazy in their own ways and associated with a demon each (almost eldritch horrors ngl), making them fall for him through both his actions and personality. The story is very fast paced, but it gives you moments of relief so it doesn't become too difficult to follow.

The characters are... more>> mostly well done, each with their own morals and beliefs without being unreasonable for no reason. The MC is a highlight of the novel because he is a smart and competent manipulator (manipulates other more powerful characters mostly to ensure his survival) that constantly threads a thin rope to not make a mistake with one of the FMCs so the world doesn't end.

If you want a fast paced novel with great action and comedy with harem, I certainly recommend it.

ps: Eleanor is best and first girl, anyone that thinks otherwise is flat out wrong. <<less

It is funny, full of action and dramatic story,

The main character is likeable and the all the female leads are unique

The story in itself a unique touch to the trope

... more>> Pacing is perfect

Twists and turns are sudden and funny and also unpredictable which is good for the story

Main character is pretty likable guy who is basically a cheat but the story still always able to put him in a lot of trouble due to how hard it becomes for him to Clear the scenarios

Side characters and so called villains are also flashed good

The love the villains have for the MC it also too much sometimes and it bring ls more fun to the story.

Power scaling is also unique
System is also unique

Basically overall it's a great story so give it a try <<less

This is probably one of my favorite novels on the site. The characters are all really unique. The story is actually paced well and not just a constant expo dump. The TL is awesome. The comments of the MC on life are fantastic.

Put simply, I'd recommend this novel to anyone who enjoys a blend of action, comedy, romance, and misunderstandings. Not only are each of the female leads unique and interesting in ways that keep the story moving, but the way that the MC interacts with them is among the most entertaining stuff I've read in this genre. Beyond this, even side characters feel thoroughly developed in ways that make you want to see more and more of them. The mix of tragedy, comedy, and downright craziness that this story presents is... more>> more than worth a read.

Unlike many other novels, it avoids pitfalls like making the MC seem invincible or allowing him to gain power at virtually no cost. Each arc poses a unique threat (whether this be a villain or the results of the MC's own actions) that gets resolved in satisfying and compelling ways.

Basically:
Whether you enjoy the minutia of the novel's tags or not, I'd recommend you at least give it a try. <<less

This novel became such a damn disappointment. First 50 chapters = Amazing. Next 30 chapters = Boring.

The Author is handicapping himself. They are a comedian that refuses to mature and constantly repeats the same joke over and over again. The Author's sense of comedy is forcing the MC to go through all hell to deal with the yandere female characters and making him suffer physically & emotionally. They beat the MC like a dead dog and derives all the comedy from torturing the MC and centers the entire story around... more>> this gag.

The Author actually sacrifices aspects of the story, like character development, just to keep this gag running.

Aside from that; this novel is actually an amazing read if you ignore the one-joke-show. The setting is refreshing. The side characters are developed. The ideas and plotline are solid, but the potential of this novel was shafted by the Author. There is a clear degradation of quality of writing that utterly disappointed me as a reader.

Feel free to read this novel, just turn your brain off if you haven't already. <<less

this novel is hella funny, it's a typical isekai harem trope but the author added their own touch and made the narrative continuously interesting. The protagonist is a dense crazy bastard who constantly gets misunderstood by virtually everyone he meets, his crazy and erratic actions only prove the gossip. Though I am against the harem route a bit

Its funny af (though a little rough at the beginning which I think is because it had another translator then) and the interactions between the MC and other characters is very enjoyable. I really like how the world building was done specially now in Forge of struggle it is very interesting to see how different it is from the human civilation. Though the work lacks a sort of "meaning" it is primarily focused on being an enjoyable read which it excells at. Give it a try if you want to... more>> read something fun that isn't overly complicated or heavy. <<less

It's super fun novel

The premise is quite unique as the all villains are in totally head over heels for our MC, and due to that the situations MC faces feels so much dramatic and funny.

The MC has quite humourous personality atleast as Reader you will find most of his interactions funny even if intended to be serious which is no means the story is not serious but it is just written in a way that you want to read as much as possible.

The story includes all the fantasy features like... more>> demons, angels and dragons but the way the author has described them is way different then other stories

Due to females leads following him and the hero candidate being with him, the story is fast paced and is focused on the main characters only.

The interactions are hilarious and the fighting scene are superbly written

And the reckless behaviour of MC despite being weak and full of manipulation and trickery is fun to read

All in all for me this novel is just too good to skip through as read it regularly <<less

Easy to read and binge, the MC is fun thanks to the world trying to screw him over. The rest of the cast is full of capital Y Yanderes, so it's also a lot of dangerous fun. The plot is okayish, not bad but not great either.

I don't understand the R18 though, since there's nothing even remotely suggestive.

Perfect. I got nothing to complain about, except I can't wait for more chapters to come.

The author made a common troupe, reincarnating into a game, into a completely different experience. If the original game is like an rpg game, the game MC reincarnated into was a dating-simulation game, where the world will end if even one of the many love interest experience a broken heart. I can't wait to know how the MC will survive among the yandere girls around him.

It is one of the best novels i've found recently. Decent plot, likable side characters and hilarious interaction. Also system does not make MC an op one shot killer. I would say the system is pretty balanced and his powers are good but it has its flaw. So yeah its pretty good compared to most novels in this site.

The story has a nice premise of being about an MC making all the heroines both evil or good fall in love with him and pretty much make them all yandere.

So far it's been a fun read with a fairly diverse cast. Though there is a bit of an annoying part with the MC acting quite passively or going all I just wanna survive and stay in the background even though I've turned anyone remotely relevant to the story into a part of my harem.

I adore this story. It's ridiculously funny, and yet incredibly cerebral all the time, because of the MC navigating his way through this maze of absolute death. And by death I mean twisted affections, and by that I mean yanderes lol. The premise is pretty straightforward, but the story quickly shows just how serious it is. Yandere harem can be all fun and games, until you realize that those yanderes ACTUALLY have the power to end the world. All of them. Every one of them. Suddenly it's not a worry... more>> about being stabbed, it's about all existence ending lmao.

But DUE to that, I really desperately want to know how it ends lol. I haven't been this invested in praying for the protagonist in a long time. I truly hope he and everyone gets a happy ending, and very aptly, that's what his stated goal is - he's literally trying to get the happy harem ending, because it's the ONLY way the world won't end. And things that are often glossed over in other stories are actally brought up and discussed (and dismissed, for real reasons). Like how many times have you just facepalmed and wondered 'why doesn't the MC just properly explain' or 'why doesn't he just tell them' or 'he's going through so many extra hoops he doesn't have to'. Well, there are distinct reasons why he can't let them know.

And that leads me to something that I have to vent about. I really actually feel sorry for like half the cast at this point. The MC pretty much hasn't been able to actually act on or even FEEL his own emotions at this point, and if you look deeper, it's pretty damn tragic. Due to the nature of the world ending yandere harem, he literally can't choose one (as ANY of the others will end the world). So he can't feel favorites, and he cant even let them believe they're not the one-and-only. So frankly, he acts like a piece of sh*t, intentionally and knowingly. He's a total player, and is the very definition of a scumbag cheater. And yet through it all, we really don't know who he actually likes. That subtle tragedy aside though, the comedy is intense. He big-brains his way through everything, and fortunately we get a ton of his internal monologue (with a few spirits that he can converse with to provide internal dialogue) to show what he's actually thinking and feeling.

Also, the System is an utter riot. It's a huge troll, and the sheer depths of sh*t he gets into is wildly hilarious. Not to mention, that sometimes, the MC, despite being supremely competent in terms of social navigation, has moments of where he just utterly fails at communication, and it's hilarious. He's also a very reliable narrator... until he suddenly isn't at all, and you realize just how human he is lol. Finding and picking out those moments of him being an unreliable narrator are wonderful.

But yeah, I honestly only have 1 regret, and that is that I'm now caught up, and the book is only half-translated. As mentioned, I'm super desperate to find out the ending, and it will be a long time before it's finished! (It's finished in it's Country of Origin).

100% recommend. Pretty much the only thing that is a negative for me is that as mentioned the MC himself has no big feelings of romance ('yet' - that's why I can't wait until he can actually let himself feel things without the world ending). The pressure on him is immense. <<less

Fated to Be Loved by Villains is 100% a novel for Yandere lovers but the writing and premise are so well done that even people who even slightly dislike Yanderes will enjoy this novel. The situations Dowd gets into somehow keep on getting worse and worse, even when you think about how it would even be possible for that to happen, but he always manages to find a way out, in the most entertaining way.

The characters are mostly well done, each with their own morals and beliefs without being unreasonable... more>> for no reason. Dowd, the MC, is a highlight of the novel because he is a smart and competent manipulator, though he does have feelings for the heroines but he has to suppress them in order to ensure that he doesn't f*ck up and cause the end of the world. is not a new premise, but the way the author pulled it off is great, consistent, and works well. MC takes the new position and reality well and handles the crazy yandere's with great care. I find it very interesting seeing him use genre tropes and knowledge of the game to survive. The MC changes the game plot really damn quickly despite not planning to in the first parts of the story. He doesnt waste time and braincells to try and keep the story as similar to the game as possible unlike the other mc's of similar stories, man is just trying to keep his head afloat in the later chapters.

The side characters and female leads are written well and the author doesnt give a massive info dump about them is given as time goes on and instead slowly sprinkles it in with the pacing of the story in mind.

Also the comedy is hilarious seeing Dowd trying to squeeze his way out of every situation he got himself in. <<less
