Various BL novels that I've read so far and my opinions on them. It starts from the stuff I like (the order is based on themes, setting and genre not how much I like them), then goes into classics territory, then into "stuff that were kind of entertaining and okay but definitely not amazing" and then into "okay but kind of boring" and lastly into "I would rather have not wasted my time reading it but the ratings were good so some people may like it" (the ones here were either really bad or were good at first or in someway built expectation only to heavily disappoint). I've recently also added ones that were bad and had bad ratings which speaks for itself. Novels that aren't on NU but are interesting are in the comments.

I've removed most of the novels that were categorized as smut from this list but some of the yaoi (and also some of the shounen ai) stuff may still have some explicit scenes. 

Also, I really hate lecturing and virtue signaling in novels but I forgot to add comments for that and now I don't remember which ones were like that. If I remember I'll add that to my comments. <<less

Novels I read that are not on NU (right now ig): 1. Did I Do Something Wrong By Confessing To The School Idol On The First Day I Transferred To A New School? (Good, but seemed rushed)

2. I Heard You Only Think Of Me As A Friend. (Pretty nice)

3. The Infatuated Cannon Fodder Quits. 《痴情炮灰不干了[穿书]》

I really like the ML in the story. He is a flirtatious, shameless, teasing, sensitive and sweet bastard. Overall enjoyed the story very much, definitely ended up wanting a dozen extras or more. 

4. After Crossing Into A Book I had s*x With The Future Boss. (I'm willing to bet mtl f*cked this title up but I'll let it be because it's funny)

I feel like ML should've had some development in his character? He needs to loosen up a bit, atleast to MC, his lover for f*ck's sake. I'll give it a 3 out of five. Maybe 2.9
