They also have a dad whom they never met and was the biggest villain in the book.

Honestly really enjoyed this story. It's a rather drama-free story I feel. More of a slice-of-life with a small insignificant antagonist (aka Chu Haoli). It's about a retired transmigrator who settles down and finds her children.

The banter between the kids and how they hung out with one another, how they became friendly and more accepting of each other is the highlight of the story.

I do wish we had more backstories for the xianxia and doomsday world though. It felt as if the author's favourite is Jing Yuan and Jing Xuan as they had the most defined and developed backstory.

The FL is quite dull imo but I did like it, as she gives off a calm vibe against all the family shenanigans. ML is a doting, loyal person and I felt he is a great match to the FL.

All in all, a nice story to pass the time for me. <<less

Absolutely adore it. This story is a slice-of-life, coming-of-age novel featuring our cute main character. She starts off as a 3 year old in this story and gradually grows up through the novel. It can be quite dull for people who don't enjoy slice-of-life stories so stop here if you dislike this genre.
