There was a little brat and a Karen that harassed Lulu (girlie stole her badge, pushed her and called her a little dwarf), the mom was a Karen that wouldn't admit her child was wrong so she also wouldn't apologize sincerely or try to educate her daughter. Well at some point in some parent-children meeting the mom said that her adoptive brother didn't want her etc. bc she believed he only wanted her for clout and made Lulu cry. Well, long story short her daughter got expelled and her husband wasn't able to secure the partnership he was trying to get with Lulu's uncle so now his business was over. Ok, typical ruined moment that someone gets for contradicting the MC, but no, that was not enough. The author made him attempt su*cide and had the daughter walk into it and find him like that. Jeez, she was a brat, and he was just her relative, it is just disgusting how the author made them have this ending. (PS: It's so extreme because Lulu can "curse" people, not that she knows it, she just hoped they would be punished but this is too extreme, just have the child expelled ffs) It was completely unnecessary, especially because the brat's dad hadn't even been involved.

When Yunho got poisoned by an anti fan, and a reference to produce 101 (other novels use it as inspiration sometimes, but I found it interesting here bc they said that X happened abroad and described it so it's most likely directly referencing them). That coupled with the pandemic gives this novel certain sense of familiarity since it just feels like our actual world.

Around chapter 47-8, there's a girl in the class who bullies Lulu. Like once before she's sent home. Later her mom calls Lulu an orphan and stuff before her uncle comes, sees this and defends her. Lulu hopes they go bankrupt, apparently just venting her anger and promptly moves on. Her uncle gets the girl expelled and I thought it was over. Meanwhile the girl's father's company goes bankrupt, he tries to kill himself and they have the kid walk in on her father lying in a pool of blood. I continued reading a bit more but afterwards I was just so uncomfortable I couldn't go on. I may have misunderstood due to reading mtl or something, but I honestly don't understand how someone could put something like this in a cute story and just move on. Like we hear the father survives then nothing else. It just soured the whole novel for me.

the uncles were separated at birth, and the oldest uncle began looking for them. He found the 3rd brother first (lulu's late father) which led to him finding lulu.
