This has a rly comedic undertone but I wouldn't go as far to say it's comedy. It has such a unique setting: modern china but with cultivators and supernatural and fantastical elements. I like the MC a lot. Y'know some novel's MC do a whole phase when they realize they're falling for the ML? A dense phase, a denial phase, etc etc.... This MC realizes he's falling for ML and he faces it head-on. Instead of hiding, he wants to cherish the little time he has with ML.
