It’s quick and it’s short but it’s refreshing to see such a dark protagonist. Amongst the millions of “good villainess” characters, it’s nice to see one actually take their position and actually do something “villain-esque”. Two twisted characters in a twisted love. It’s refreshing!!

I'll rate this 4.5/5. It's great, short and sweet. If you like yandere stories with happy ending and both characters accept it, it's a good read. I think maybe some parts can be improved, but overall a great read.

I really appreciate how the main character isn't just a naive girl who ends up getting picked up by a yandere, but instead she makes him into a yandere. While the main training part is glossed over (understandable why they'd skip that part), she does explain why she wants him to be a yandere and love her only. It's sweet ending, they aren't harming anyone and are happy in the end. The "main character" girl is a big ham and a typical cannon fodder, but that's okay since she's really just there for them to display their yandere.

I love how both of them are yandere for each other, I find it unique and disturbing, mostly disturbing.

I give it 4 star for how much it manage to sum up their everything in 2 chapters. The MC is kinda a sadistic masochist, a little passive aggressive yandere and the ML is just a straight up a masochist, agressive yandere.

The kind of love they have is not exactly healthy but not toxic either. I think their love for one another is more of a hazard to the people around... more>> them.

I feel slightly bad for the OG heroine, I think she really wanted to help him aside from her possible side motives but didn't consider possibility that the MC was reincarnated as well.

A horrible story, where a girl reincarnated into a villain's body tries to get a capture target yandere for her, by manipulating him and brainwashing him to think no one can love him but her. Causing his self esteem to be low, to only see her as his savior. Umm no thanks

No, this isn't the story of some righteous, misunderstood "vilainess".

The MC is a villain, period. She's twisted, obsessive, and a sadist. Her ML was insane and as obsessive as her. Their relationship is a wreck of shared posessiveness and madness, and might be a bit disturbing for some.

But I truly enjoy reading it!!

Your typical otome game villaness reincarnation but she trains her favorite capture target to be massively yandere for her and returns the favor. 5/5 because I love yandere and this is the first time I've seen this exact plot, absolutely love it.

I absolutely cannot recommend this novel. 0.5/5 stars.

Do you like exposition dumps and a story where everyone is conveniently dumb and ignorant? A novel where everything MC says is taken at face value without explanation? If you answer these questions with yes, this novel is right up your alley!

Cons:

    • The whole story hinges upon an exposition dump and flashback when both MC and ML are 10 years ago. The background story and family circumstances play no role after the exposition.
    • Only tell and not show:
    1. MC claims to "I liked that distorted and insane Tamaki." from the original otome game. Nothing is shown or explained what exactly made him distorted or attractive to MC.
    2. "I'll Train the Main Capture Target to be a Yandere" is literally part of the title. "I'll train him using the 'carrot and stick' method." You literally don't see any training at all??
    3. No character development, no showing of ML resisting the MC's training, no transitioning period. No growing obsession. This novel is literally the ML becomes a yandere because MC says so. He barely shows any yandere qualities.
    • Since MC isekais as the villainness, there's also an original heroine who conveniently acts dumb and rash.

      So turns out the novel is PvP (reincarnator vs reincarnator). The original heroine denounces MC's actions with the knowledge from the game, even though nothing has happened so far and conveniently falls into MC's ~trap~.

The only merit of this story is its length - it's extremely short, so you can read it within 5 minutes.

The MC reminds me of the mother in The Promised Neverland for some reason. I don't care about the morality of it all, a nicely written story is a nicely written story.

I felt my body slowly sinking into the abyss while reading this and loved it. Would recommend for short and effective chills.

Also, the story is kinda wholesome in a twisted way? Anyways, it's a good story, go read it.

Loved it!! This was my first yandere read, but I absolutely enjoyed it. I think I mostly enjoyed the darkness and insanity of their love. It was very pleasant, but in a dark way. I enjoyed how both of the characters loved each other, but it wasn't the normal fluff love, it was dark mysterious love. It was beautiful!!

This is a very twisted and toxic romance story, don't read this if you want a fluffy or realistic romance.

In its way, it present us a different form of love, where both people are aware their love is unhealthy but are fine with it so long as they can be together.

Technically, I'm rating this at 4.5 out of 5, but I'm rounding it up to 5.

Short and sweet story about a reincarnated vilainess girl who meets her favourite character... and decides to dig deep into his insecurity and turn him into the yandere she'd known, just one that she treats well and pampers, because this is the type that she likes. Sometimes, it's amusing to see yandere characters still ending up with their yandere traits, or MCs that aren't outright good people.

Putting aside the question of whether to condone the MC's behaviour and whether to like its results, this was quite interesting and unusual. I'd say it's worth the few minutes it takes reading it. It's rare to see a couple consisting of two yanderes obsessing over each other equally strongly. All kinds of romantic relationships probably come with their own part of pain/sadness/loneliness/whatever negative emotion, it's just more obvious and unusual in this case compared to others. In return, in their own definition of happiness, those two are as happy... more>> as can be. So yeah, I'm not really sure what else to say since it was so short. Just, questionable, and interesting. <<less
