After a few arcs MC realized his feeling for ML and starting to get back at ML for tricking him (and in denial of his own feeling and run away from ML, and ML is still manipulative) *still slowly reading stop at ch.4 part4* personally I don’t like manipulative ML but let’s see.  <<less

While I enjoy the acting part, the romance here is just filled with plot holes fluffiness. MC is happy loving excited puppy. I appreciate the author imagination on how the plot came to be, but sadly it’s stuffed with too many ideas and they were not well developed.

the development in plot and characters are lacking and inconsistent. MC and ML personality seems interesting at first, but then later on their characters just felt lack depth. MC stutters, super naive, innocently blunt, dumb, like helpless animal or something. ML is two-face gentle in front a delinquent in the back. His personality is very inconsistent. There’s a part where I really hate about him.

[spoiler]When they first had penetration s*x, MC was screaming that it hurts and want ML to stop. ML just got more excited and just do it more and harder. Like, I thought ML doesn’t want to scare MC and wants to go at MC pace? I would be traumatize as hell if I were MC. [/spoiler]

For MC, I personally relate at first because I had a time when I was confident then became less confident and stutter as well. But MC is just pure idiot, that have some smart moment depends on the plot device author want to use. I’m surprised I even finished the story (didn’t read extras though) <<less

Probably won’t reread because it didn’t have huge plot twist or made me cry, but it’s a nice one to kill time and take a break from heavy stories.Some interesting about the naming in this story:Meí YìShì de GùShì means Boring Story,Mei(No) Yishi(Meaning) is MC name, Gùshi(Story) is ML name. So the title can also be translated as “Gushi(ML) that belongs to Mei Yishi(MC)” or basically “My Alpha”!!  <<less

Based on the story of Christmas Carol, it has a unique approach to the story telling. The main story focused on what happened in the dungeon and how MC found and develop himself. While I do enjoy the plot, the main story kinda lacks fluff or emotional intensity I need with the ML. After MC left the dungeon, I wished there was more detail on how MC and ML connect with each other again.

Nevertheless, the author decided to compensate us a bit in the bunch of extras. I was gonna give this story 4.5 star but damnnnn the author really know how to write a smut in the extras. It’s not kinky, but it felt raw? wild? loving? It really felt like they were making love not s*x. I’ll probably skim the main story again, then fully immerse myself in the extras lol <<less

It’s really cute! At first I almost skip this story because 1.I usually prefer story from Uke perspective and MC didn’t seem to be that 2.I prefer when I don’t have to guess who’s Uke Seme. And yessss! It’s worth reading! I didn’t mind the 2 points I mentioned earlier at all. While I was reading the story, I just felt like “Ah~ two human beings are being cute and falling in love! The gender or s*xual orientation is irrelevant~” 

MC: Tall Fei Chang Giraffe tripping over his own limbs with heart shaped eyes peeking out from his closet.

ML: Flirty and sexy Chen Yue Yang using 108 ways to seduce the baby giraffe out of the closet.

The only down point is that due to the story being short, it doesn’t show enough of how their relationship developed into love.  <<less
