It's an OK read. Wasn't dragged on for too long (a plus), but everything gets resolved far too quickly. CP dynamic is interchangeable. Lots of dog food (pun fully intended), which may or may not be a good thing. (Turn offs: MC's a bit too h**ny for me, even in his dog form.) 

I'm really on the fence with this one, but give it a shot if you're into transmigration plots + drama + balanced (OP) CPs + shameless PDA + a dash of face slapping... and dogs, I guess? <<less

It’s the mother of all misunderstandings meets fake dating (this trope alone had me sold!) in this slice of life novel. Lots of hilarity and cute moments between these two idiots whose signals just can’t seem to align. I only wish the side characters were developed more.

Read chapter summaries rather than a full translation, so I might revisit this if a full trans crops up. The summaries seem pretty complete though, and read v much like an actual translation. <<less

Being the new kid in high school sure is tough. As the son of a renowned business tycoon, all our MC wants to do is fit in and do well in class. Equipped with the cheapest school supplies money can buy, he reckons he's got the first bit down, but for all his effort he can't seem to get out of being the dead last in his entire grade. MUSDNAC's your classic school life cnovel, wrought with misunderstandings, hilarious moments, and the usual family drama. While the novel is centered on the main character's issues, the side characters feature quite often, and do have bits of their own. The MC and ML's relationship develops gradually -- no insta romance, and the ML isn't too overbearing. The resolution is pleasant, but may come off a bit rushed. 

It's nothing special for a novel of its genre, but it is a light and entertaining read, and does exactly what it's initially set out to do. <<less

Surprisingly not slow burn, which is atypical of novels of this genre. Reads more like a romance novel with just the right amount of drama and political intrigue. Vg couple dynamics (throws your stereotypical gong/shou dynamics out the window!). Arcs are nicely interwoven and build up well towards the finale. The only thing I can really comment on is that the author didn't dwell much on the final conflict, which made for an anti-climatic end. Still, it's a gem of a read -- please give this one a shot. <<less
