When Qiao Moyu awakened, she found herself in a novel world and had become the villainess who was loathed by the President, the story’s male protagonist.

As she stared at her adorable and proud little toddler, Qiao Moyu decided to take this chance to raise her son while having a fresh start in her acting career. As for the other problems, she’ll just take it easy!

This story is short and sweet. It's focused on the MCs' fluff. Reading this is a sweet pause after reading a marathon of palace politics and revenge dramas. 😊

The only modern day cn novel that I actually enjoy it. It's short and simple in each chapter. Rather than some novel being 1, 000 chapters but boring as hell.

What was unexpected to me was:

the MC ended up the film emperor and not her childhood friend. I was misled due to the title of the novel.

Overall, it's worth the read and has a bit of magic in it.

Read the whole thing. Really sweet story. The MC gets reincarnated in a a pretty nasty situation, but she's calm and rational enough to weave through it. The initial hurdles in the early chapters are pretty big and you get a nice feeling of accomplishment every time she overcomes them. She's really level-headed, like really. One of the defining characteristics of hers that makes her so damn adorable. The friction between her and the antagonist gets settled pretty easily though? The female antagonist also doesn't even talk to her that... more>> much which is kind of shame. Since they were apparently step sisters, it would've been fun to see more friction between them. The later chapters, you get the feeling that the MC pretty much breezes through all her problems. It's great and all, but then you get the feeling that yeah, the story's about done.

Great story though. Had a lot of fun reading it. 5/5 <<less

I have read a lot of these novels and would definitely recommend this novel, it does not delve too deeply in the affairs such as work, villains, background, but still have an immersive experience, it is more inclined to the MC life how she progresses. Overall its great. Moreover I gave it a 4 star since its not the best one I read sadly.

the ML is the film male god, the MC to CEO is the one who got away or best expressed in the song 25 minutes to late

Basically not too deep that a new author would make a mistake, not too light that it would not be fun to read.

if you liked this novel and would like to read similar ones in flow, I would recommend Eight Treasures Trousseau; To Be A Virtuous Wife; and Reborn as My Love Rival's Wife. Have fun reading XD

Mm, idk man, the reactions by the calefares are so unbelievable and exaggerated, it's like the author can't convey a certain emotion simply through the situation and always have people commenting. Like, I understand people catching the opening of a be tv series, but if someone watches an anime opening, it is really really unlikely comment live on every sequence and every second, when it is simply an opening. And the MC's luck is just pushing it. Apparently anyone who touches her becomes super lucky, but it doesn't work on... more>> herself or her child <<less

Very mid. I mean, it's not that bad but it's no masterpiece.

the golden finger of MC is completely unnecessary imo. I would've liked it more if she just transmigrated. Also, it's very very OP so she doesn't really have any kind of struggle? Like, every problem she has is immediately resolved and she doesn't really need to do anything because somehow someone clears her name to make the public love her. She puts no effort in making connections in the industry or talking with her fans, doesn't bother with how... more>> the public sees her which wouldn't bother me except every time something affects her it's immediately resolved by someone else.

So, if you would like to watch an OP MC who doesn't struggle in the industry and just has a fluffy romance with an actor and a cute child then this is for you. But if you expected a good showbiz novel that focuses in the career of MC or an MC that actively pursues their career then this is not for you.

I give it 3 stars only because the kid was super cute, but without that it's probably 2 stars. <<less

It was good that the MC didn't end up to her childhood friend.

I was worried from the 1st chapter if this novel will be ended up to a toxic redemption ML.

The ML was forceful but it can't be help, men mostly act forcefully if they want something so badly. Like my husband when his courting me when we are young and how he suddenly decide that we got married and he prepared all those things. Based in MC character she's goes with flow type of person.

I really like this. Its cute and fluffy, together with the existence of our little Luo Luo - everything is just perf.

the reason why I only gave this 4 stars tho is THAT one scenario wherein the MC gets a bit emotional and distressed of the thought of having s*x with the ML because in her mind she’s still 18. The ML is understanding at first, but then does it even when she’s still in distress. He should have tried making her comfortable at first, to get used to the idea before doing it. 😭 Its written as if they don’t mind after all that, but it bothered me a bit as someone whos a bit keen on the consent part.

Just reread this

1. Hated how HIV & r*pe were regarded as mere tools to destroy each other

2. ML told the kid he was the dad without even discussing it with MC. The way MC just accepted ML was the baby daddy was so unrealistic

... more>> 3. Her being a koi detracted us from the rest of the plot. 4. The writing was amateurish & exaggerated

At least all the antagonists get their comeuppance but it's all so sudden :

-we are merely TOLD what Qiao family does. So their downfall is equally lackluster

-Ruohuan is really the vicious "villainess". I wish both her & Xing ex were punished. They were equally disgusting

-Pei Qing is taken down in 2 chapters for the "great villain" they wrote him up to be. I didn't even understand his motives properly <<less

other than having being lied to, the original ML broke up with the original FL because she used to be in intimate relationship with her exes before her real family found her. Since the story indicates that original ML should be late 20s. Honestly, I don’t think guys should mind.. These are small matters unless if he is super super conservative

the motive behind why the original ML hated the MC is not convincing enough, weak. So he hated her because she was absence for 6months.. During her absence, he often recalled her smile which made him irritated. The irritation gradually formed its root, transforming it into hate. -___-“

Also the original ML has been pondering “If she had also been at the scene of the fire, why didn’t she mention it afterwards? Her thoughts towards him were clear as day. If she really saved him, wouldn’t she have mentioned it after so many years?” Oh my God! Me too!!! I mean the original MC (the body’s owner, before the MC transmigrated) even stripped naked herself to win back the original ML. So why not do the simple way: TELL HIM YOU SAVED HIM!

3.5, I read this as it came out. This is my second time reading it, so I like enough to read again, but it isn't a great story.

I like a op, everyone likes MC so this MC was to my tastes. I found her koi physique fun and added a little more to the story.

The ML is the typical cold type, but I do like how the author showed him falling for MC. He didn't just love her right away. It starts with interest and slowly leads to love. He was pretty respectful to her as well.

The kid is the typical Chinese novel kid, you know, too smart etc. He was cute, just wish the author made him more like 5 instead of 2.

The villains are weak here. The original MC is anticlimactic, the original ML is okay, and the brother I feel a little sorry for.

What really bothered me was the whole thing about her being 18 in her original world, so an age gap of 9 years. Now I'm not one to care about age gaps in novels, but this one literally caused issues in the last parts of the novel. I felt sorry for the ML, in his eyes they are only 5 years apart, so he doesn't understand her reluctance. I really don't know why the author added it in and made the situation so uncomfortable, it's a fluffy, feel good novel, no need for it.

Translation was good, chapters are split but numbered chronological, which I'm not a fan of.

It’s quite cheesy and cringy. There’s nothing very special about this novel, except for the fact that the female lead is a koi fish. I found the romance between the two leads boring and inflated. They didn’t have much chemistry together, in my opinion. There’s a bunch of cute and fluffy moments and the antagonists are all face-slapped by female lead. Nothing particularly interesting in this.

Started off interesting, but then became a bit of a chore to finish.

It's a typical transmigration into a novel's villainess. With the stereotypical reversals of the original ML & FL's end getting their due comeuppance.

The only difference is that original FL had Koi Physique (Lucky Fortune) in her former life, in which she still has in her new transmigrated life.

If you're looking for a romantic series, this isn't quite it. There is some, but the FL really doesn't understand love as her original soul was 18 years old only &... more>> stays indifferent to love until the end. So the romantic is more on the meh side.

There are 2 main mysterious plots that pretty much take the entire series to wrap up. The plot surrounding a fire incident that the FL was involved in at 13 years old, and who/what/why the FL had a child in secret. These 2 mysteries are good and the only thing that kept the story going. However, it was frustratingly dragged out for this mystery to finally be explained and resolved.

The majority of the story is mostly about Slice of Life filler stuff with her interactions to her son, her dealing with her the traps that various people throw at her, and all the interaction reactions from random fandom posters.

The hosts original owner's magical bracelet was never fully explained. It just seemed like something thrown in to try to tie random events together. At the end, it even allows her to visit her original world monthly. Which just left me with the feeling of, "huh?"

One other part also bothered me, when the FL was acting in one of her movie roles, instead of using the film's character's names, the names of the 2 leading actors real names were used instead when talking about the film scenes. It was bizarre and confusing to figure out if it's monologue from the FL/ML or acting scenes in the film. <<less

Women really need to get off each other's cases. But other than that, I love the fact that she doesn't end up with the tr*shy guy. I hate that so much, you would not believe.

Don't tell me it was a misunderstanding. I loved it. The ML was good compared to others. Not toxic as much.

If you don't mind cringey and corny stories, then you'd probably enjoy this story. I'm not saying its terrible, it's just a bit....I don't even know the right word to describe it. The characters just have no depth and the "villains" are so freakin' s*upid. Aside from that, the MC is mary sue. I get that it's because she has a lucky koi fish aura or something like that, but it doesn't change the fact that she's op.

Despite of all these, I actually still enjoyed the story a little bit.... more>> It's not THAT bad if you just don't think about them deeply. <<less

This is the worst story I've ever read in my life. I can say that the author, at the very least, only had two neurons that didn't talk to each other, or this story was written by a teenager who knows nothing about human relationships. I don't know how I managed to force myself to read so much. If I could unveil...

This is a story of a goofy 18 year old girl who transmigrated into the character of the villainess who possessed the same name as her. I loved this story a lot, it was a great read! I loved the MC and Luo Luo's every exchange, the ML is a great man (actually raised my preference bar lol). All in all, a great read!

But a thing that has irked me alot, and for a couple of days is how the ending of the villain takes place.

ML's half brother, I don't remember his name, but he struck me as a potentially good character seemingly how many of the Quick Transmigration novels actually follow the plot of the real heir trying to overthrow or extract revenge upon the biased parent and the loved half sibling, so I was kind of looking towards his redemption or how evil can he be? And I was severely disappointed by the lack of attention that was given to such a great character, he tries to sabotage the MC and even before he could even touch a hair of her head, he ends up in jail lol what? And then in the end he falls into the trap of the heroine and ends up dying, like what just happened? No redemption arc for him not even a single comeback? That is the only thing I kind of really disliked.

Its a nice novel.

Its kind of funny reading all the plot holes, inconsistencies and the going back and forth in the ages of the MC and the baby. Is the baby 4? 2? 3?

Its weird though, NL haven't copied the translation right, when I find 2 unrelated stories in 1 chapter.

The story was decent but went anti climatic at the end. I removed a star cause the translation is sus.

Tho there are similar novels out there, reading the ML with good charactor is not bad at all (in the same time wish to have the kinda calm and cool guy).
