5 stars for being one of the healthiest takes on family and romantic relationships I’ve ever seen, let alone in an ABO universe.

The sibling relationships and family drama could be considered very subdued to other CN. I don’t really find extreme takes on relationships entertaining. It was good.. There is chemistry between the main couple.. The storyline is kinda cute, fluffy and heartwarming.. ML is very understanding and MC is cute.. The children are also cute.. The family relationships show today's situation.. The novel is very good and calming but it was also kinda boring sometimes for me..

This story is, in essence, about Tong Yan and Zhuo Xiang Ming’s marriage, how they eventually enter a relationship and explores their different perspectives on the world.

This story deserves five stars for a combination of reasons. First, the TY and ZXM have a healthy, communicative relationship. The second is that while there is no major conflict in the novel, the conflict that is present all seems genuine in a way that C-novels rarely portray. No one is malicious, greedy or hateful. The MC and ML are also brilliant characters, not especially outstanding but human enough to understand and like. What most appealed to me about this story was the ZQM’s maturity, however. I can really feel that in some ways he is a genuine, good adult. He tries to do what is best rather than what he wants or desires in the moment, and is responsible and willing to take blame. The little nuggets of insight are what make this story worth it. Both MC and ML are flawed and develop over the course of the story, but at the same time, the wisdom they have accumulated from their life experiences is evident.

TL;DR: The story is brilliant, characters well-developed, themes insightful and beautifully illustrated, definitely worth a read. <<less

It’s a cute story, full of fluff, no angst.

But I -1 ⭐️ because at chapter 36, there’s too much fluff that the story is starting to seem bland to me. I’m taking a break and maybe return someday to read this again and give it another try.

But overall, it’s still a good one.

Story was easy read. Liked the marking part. I've read few abo novel and manga before and I just knew that marking was very special thing between alpha and omega but the process wasn't that clear. And with this novel I've got to experience that it is not just some s*x and biting. It show how MC and ML felt for each other especially ml, how he longed for his omega and felt insecure.
