Overall its a very cute novel with cute and adorable protagonists (although the ML is a lil cold on the surface). But I have to say... more>> the side characters (e.g. the families) are really quite annoying. They dont play a part in both their children's life then suddenly just comes in and try to tell them what to do and what not to do. Like seriously -.- Although from where the novel starts it can be seen that the parents do care for them, but it really cannot be denied that it was indeed them neglecting their children when they both needed it the most. What's the point of showing care and concern now when they have already been neglected and hurt by the lack of concern? They don't even need it anymore.

But the MC and ML are really a perfect fit for each other. They both help each other to heal their wounds and grow together as an individual as well as a couple. Super cute and adorable. I love how there really are some character development going on. Also, I love how their relationship is quite realistic. They slowly got to know each other and slowly fell in love with each other. There were slight arguements but its all good because the writer really showed how misunderstandings and miscommunications can cause harm to a relationship and how in the end they managed to talk it out and resolve the issue. It was good.. There is chemistry between the main couple.. The storyline is kinda cute, fluffy and heartwarming.. ML is very understanding and MC is cute.. The children are also cute.. The family relationships show today's situation.. The novel is very good and calming but it was also kinda boring sometimes for me..

This story is, in essence, about Tong Yan and Zhuo Xiang Ming’s marriage, how they eventually enter a relationship and explores their different perspectives on the world.

The little nuggets of insight are what make this story worth it. Both MC and ML are flawed and develop over the course of the story, but at the same time, the wisdom they have accumulated from their life experiences is evident.

It’s a cute story, full of fluff, no angst.

But I -1 ⭐️ because at chapter 36, there’s too much fluff that the story is starting to seem bland to me. I’m taking a break and maybe return someday to read this again and give it another try.

But overall, it’s still a good one.

Story was easy read. Liked the marking part. I've read few abo novel and manga before and I just knew that marking was very special thing between alpha and omega but the process wasn't that clear. And with this novel I've got to experience that it is not just some s*x and biting. It show how MC and ML felt for each other especially ml, how he longed for his omega and felt insecure.
