A bunch of angst and a bunch of misunderstandings.

It wasn't too long or too short. Finished it in 2 days.

The MLs love is the obsessive kind. The MC is pretty s*upid. But the story has a lot of fluff, happiness, and dark romance.

Too much angst ridden s*x, and Author used the same description for the s*x and it got boring

The same misunderstanding in each world, it got boring

Rushed ending, the most interesting character was his sister and she only showed in last chapters

This is actually a one star novel, I added two stars because the translator was excellent

I was really expecting this would get a 4.5 above rating. This is one of the best quick-transmigration novel I have read. Trigger warnings aside, I just really love how the yandere aspect was well depicted, the crazy misunderstanding tropes, and other cliché elements are used in this novel but could really build a very good one novel.

You want to see true unconditional love, if this isn't, then what is?

Really thankful for the author creating this gem. I actually saw one comment asking whether author was a step-mother or not... more>> 🤣

Also kudos to our translator for completing the novel for us to read.

One of the best scenes I laughed out loud was

when MC didn't have any idea about abo world and he heard his fellow soldiers shouting "For our omegas!" while fighting bugs, he thought they were fighting for watches so he also shouted "For our watches!" 🤣🤣🤣 (He transmigrated at the moment wherein the body he transmigrated in was fighting against bugs.)

Most of the transmigrating novels in ABO setting that I've read, I never encountered an MC thinking omega was a watch brand 🤣🤣🤣

This is really a novel I can recommend to read if you don't mind much of the trigger warnings. There'll really be a lot of black room setting but with ML and MC's condition, I thought it's not much of an issue. But I don't really condone such things in reality. <<less

I stopped at ch53 last year, and when I saw that it's completed, I was sooo happy!! (●♡∀♡) Thank you Banoffee-san! Thank you thank you thank you!

I'm addicted to world hopping and this is a good one.

ML is a yandere which is a check for me.

... more>> MC is also intelligent, and goes world hopping to save ML.

They are also like 'If it's not you, then I would rather die.'

Of course, there are also plot holes here but I'm still willing to turn a blind eye to those haha.

Anyway, after some cowardice, they finally got themselves together. Yaaay. <<less

This is written by the same author as Game Loading and The Marshal Want Devorce
But
Without proper world background in my opinion. It actually surprised me that Long Qi wrote it. It feels too raw and not as beautifully and carefully written as Long Qi late work. If you are willing to put down your braincell to enjoy this kind of genre, than this is for you. MC is also not as proactive as Game Loading's MC, and not as smart as The Marshal Want Devorce's MC. This novel MC is like a dodder flower

So, , it has 5 arc. I'll give some brief spoiler

1st world : Fantasy world

MC is elf and the main personality is the elf king
This is a chaotic world imo, because it is MC first world. He don't know anything, and he is more innocent than MC from Game Loading. I think MC in game loading is smarter and more clear headed
MC can alsp restart is like in the 1st world of Game Loading, but the shura field is not as crazy as the 1st world of Game Loading, but still a gore scene
MC's heart being dug out TWICE! I don't know how he didn't end up crazy. If that was me, I'll hate him and I'll act cold to him. What kind of insane men who dug out someone's heart to see whether they love you or not 😑

2nd world : Modern world

There's a lot of misunderstanding here. ML's uncle looks like ML's from 1st world (the silver haired elf king), and ML also thought that mc's is his father and he love his mom

MC identity is scum lover. He is the marshal, and ML 1 is his lover, but he betray him and make ML 2 the emperor, and banished ML 1. Now.. ML 1 come back and want revenge. Author said that he really want to write 3P with twin with dog blooded plot. I think all this world in this novel are from author unused idea 😂. Author definitely an S who love to torture their reader 🙃

This is probably the most easy world. The plot is not that gore

The reality world arc is kinda rushed. It's like the author was running out ideas. I gotta say that the hidden plot and the reason behind ML coma is not that surprising. I hope the reality world will. Have more solid world building, but I guess it can't be helped. This is author's early work. Can't be comparable to his late work

P.S : If you decided to read this, I suggest you to not take this novel seriously. Author intention to write this novel is clearly just for fun. Melodrama that can easily resolved in a couple of chapters. So, don't bother to think about the modern fantasy background and how unreasonable it is. How weird that MC and ML can be that deeply in love in a second. Ignore all that, and you will enjoy this novel

The premise was pretty interesting. A lot of papapa I wanted to drop it halfway through but I stayed for the dedication and ending. Ending was pretty predictable but wraps things up nicely. Overall a chill read if you have some extra time to spare and don't want to read dog blood dramas. Thank you author and translators for the food!

This is hands down one of the best danmei novels I've read, especially in the BL QT genre. The translation quality was excellent and bery consistent. Kudos to the translator for an amazing job from the first to last chapter.

Now let's go for the plot. Many of the plot points in the real world part were predictable, but I enjoyed them. The biggest issue here is the tragedy part. God, I cried while reading EVERY ARC!!! If you dislike angst, this is NOT a novel for you. I'm just glad... more>> the ending was HE. Actually, the story isn't even on the level of angst, but mental abuse for the reader and the MC. Some parts have non-con, dubcon and rough s*x. So, brace yourselves. Just a reminder though, those things are integral parts of the story.

The MC is very much human. He isn't super smart and some of his choices were infuriatingly dumb. Despite that, you'll root for the MC because of all the abuse he goes through.

The ML seems very different in each arc but he can be both abusive and sweet depending on the flow of the story. He does express his apologies in the real world, but I wish he hadn't been this stubborn. And I wish there were extra chapters to consolidate the relationship between the MC & ML.

The storybuilding was great and I think readers will emjoy this part the most.

I love all the arcs, for me the story is kinda cliché and the characters (gong and shou) is typical beauty, but since I wanna read something light, it's really perfect and good

Also, I don't know if it's the author's or translator's writing style (or maybe both) but this novel is really easy and enjoyable to read, love it <3

The story really not bad. It’s somehow like a QT but in a mental sense. There are some plot holes and some dubious logic, just don’t dwell on it. Each arc were a typical cliche theme, but it’s also very entertaining to read. There’s alot of fluff but also alot of dark obsessions (but it was written not too deep, which makes the story not so heavy)

MC are a funny guy, but very adaptable to his situation. Some might say he’s bend too easily. Lolol. And he falls... more>> for ML quite fast. ML are abit complex, he totally can be nuts sometimes and pitiful the next.

i see alots of comments that the ending is rush. But I don’t think so as the whole theme were fast phase, and so the ending written well accordingly. Author’s note were funny and translation is good. Overall enjoyed this novel. Thank you <<less

It was very cute!! I honestly love the devotion the MC had to the ML. I even laughed at moments the MC was so angry at the ML!!

The personality of the MC REALLY carried the story from beginning to end. Again because of the devotion of the MC it really made me enjoy and want to read to the end to figure out how they will get there happy ending!

The reason for 4 star rating is because there is not a lot of major depth for each of these worlds~... more>> and the author was really upfront about it, so keep that in mind when reading this story! <<less

This is really good. I already finished reading this and I'm very very satisfied. This is a great story and I cant help but to reread again. I read its remaining chapters in MTL NOVEL (because I'm very impatient) , even though the grammar is poor beacause it's raw translation it's still understandable and ugh its great and worth it. One of the best yaoi I've ever read. Love lots. Ktnxbye💋

Completing through MTL and indeed the ending feels too rushed but overall is ok, I think this story can be developed more like varieties of world, the interaction of MC and ML, the problem, climax, and resolution. Yet, once again it was up to the author and author wants the story not too developed or not too detail. To sum up, it was a light read that can be one of your reading list. Just try it.
