Please use proper spacing and paragraphs. When a young woman is killed in a traffic accident on her way home from work at a tax bureau, she suddenly finds herself transported to the world of the otome game she was playing the night before – but instead of the heroine, she’s been reincarnated as the villainess!
Using her knowledge of the game, “Iris” manages to avert personal disaster and decides to rebuild her life with her modern-day economic know-how. This is one mean girl who isn’t going to let her perceived reputation stop her from being a heroine!

What I mean by this is that, with her unusual personality of asking for street orphaned children as "presents" for her rather than gems and diamonds and that after her denouncing and being appointed the fief's proxy, there was nothing too different with how she acted in either pre and post past life memories. Her family saw nothing of her changed much other than that she just grew out of being a child and matured into a fine noble -- meaning no one questioned her actions once she did all sorts of reforms with her fief.
- I love the romance! The progress was neither too slow nor too fast and not unreasonable. They were attracted by the other's work ethics and slowly grew into a romance where they want the other to be by his/her side. They have their sweet moments and tragic moments. The introduction of a potential rival is also not unreasonable and very much in tune with the progress of the story!
Now I'm just waiting for the next chapters but I do hope that the potential love rival can match up to the leading male char. This is a good read, very recommended! The only trouble is the amount of translator groups this one has. If u can organize how u read it, u can make sense of the story. That just means this is so much of a good story that a lot of translators are willing to translate it! Hehe That's the end of my review. I hope to see new chapters soon and very much appreciate the work that is being done for this story. Really, I feel so thankful! Definitely one of my faves. :)Not because it's incorrect or anything like that, I don't care a lot about this, after all it is a novel and not a textbook,It's just the way this novel was written that makes reading it extremely boring. Examples:- The author uses time-skip A LOT. So we can see the MC coming up with the idea for her bussiness, but not how it affected the world in general, neither the process of introducing it in the world which in my opinion would be more fun than just reading the character say " so, this is chocolate, do your thing".
- No character development, including the protagonist. I know she's good at business and hardworking, other than that there's nothing else I can say about her.
- No story, you see, I don't mean plot, because I like slice of life so I don't mind not having a well-defined plot, what I mean is that there's nothing going on outside of her looking at documents and putting things into action and then the time jumps to when everything has already been done. She doesn't go out, doesn't interact with anyone, there's no dialogue except what's necessary to "set up business". The best way I can make this clear is: I feel like I'm following the day-to-day life of a very busy and boring CEO, but as soon as he leaves the office I don't know anything about him anymore. It's more of a documentary than a real story. Seems that I'm exagerating, but I'm not. This novel urgently needs a balance between the business part and the life part, so that it can really be a story and not just a presentation of facts. This is a Tell-no-show all the way.
That said, I'm only at chapter 18, and I will continue to see if these points will improve, but was hard reaching this far so I don't hold a lot of hope for this one.
