The novel is good at what it wants to show you. The main point of the novel is not the... more>>Chapters 099-??? Frontier As with most Asian novels, the premise for each section listed above were interesting, but eventually everything crawled down hill. And it's a bit hard to put my finger on why I feel this way about so many novels. But maybe I could describe it as: Having the character react to the world vs Having the world react to the character I'm not sure if I'm explaining it well, but that's just the general feeling I get from reading these types of novels. And, unfortunately, a lot of Asian novels end up in the latter category while chalking it up to "luck." I suppose another way to put it is that I lean towards disliking "chosen one" vibes because, ultimately, it just invalidates the efforts put forth by any other character simply on the basis that they just weren't as fortunate to end up with the powers or items the MC obtained. For example, it just was never possible to beat the MC in the first place after the very point he was able to kill the Frost Queen at the beginning of the story. Because his growth afterwards all stems from an event that no one else got the opportunity to participate in.
Other players literally can't even progress much further during the 25 years he was asleep because him having the nucleus prevented them from doing so.
Not to mention everyone else is basically on their first game, in ironman mode, while he is essentially playing NG+
