Favourite book by this Author. One of the VERY rare Danmei that make the characters come alive. It has everything except being drunk on Smut *gasp*

An absolute gem. Hope the Rating picks up to 4.2+ stars soon. The Author has a good hold on psychology.

Even though pivotal characters experience death, trauma, despair & failure, it surprisingly isn't melodramatic and is fairly fast paced, which I highly appreciate. Another plus point - most of the other similar works are either (A) Too action oriented without much insights to the characters' emotions and psychology or (B) The author tries their best to make the dumb MC dumber lol 

Props to the Author for creating such a masterpiece, it deserves all the hype.

P.S. even though the MC-ML have their character halo, it is one of the more realistic and convincing plots in the Crime genre  <<less
