It was good. Though it's a bit on the slow side as long as you read enough and are engrossed in it. It can give you the fells.

So for the actual review (my first time doing this really, never thought I'd make one but I truly couldn't stand people calling him a groomer : (T

he execution in the translations was well done, I liked the pace of the story. It was slow and steady working hard on helping the MC overcome her obsessions with CEE. Though I am not sure... more>> whether I am at the end of the story or nor but anyway I fell good about it.

The characters personality in the novel is that we've have a studious, hard working, kind, beautiful MC whose EQ is down in the negatives (yup your typical MC without the op setting) and the ML because of the numerous experiences is the way he is. He isn't a groomer, he helped her when she needed. As for the underage and stalker problems that were mentioned. Yes, she was underage but do tell me did he ever touch her in a way that isn't appropriate? No, he has always maintained a distance between them and never acted out of line and the stalker thing... their was no such matter. Okay I think maybe a bit, he checked up on the people she was close with to understand whi they were I guess or maybe some other reason I don't know. And for the part where someone said that ML was making the MC allienate from her family... Well when the bunch of them were being so toxic what was the point of acknowledging them when all they cause you is harm, pain and a feeling of insecurity creeping up on you? Well I for one can't be bothered to care. Period.

Well, anyways the novel is good so give it read of you want :)) <<less

I really loved it, I thought that ML would be something strange because of the comments, but I was surprised that it was not so, if the age difference is something but he really waited for FL and I respect her at all times, the harassment I thing It is not so, maybe a part yes, but the ML is quite deductive about the things that happen around it ang general, and about the advice of facts in my opinion they are correct and only in my opinion I did... more>> not say that you should think the same or similar, , in short I liked it so much that I wrote this, I never had written so much text in a review xd

Actually 4.5 stars

I feel boring a little after she can attend University. Romance is too small. I know it is slow romance but I feel it's just one sided romance of ML for a long time.I like ML more than FL.I don't know why I feel FL is selfish and sometimes I can't understand her. But overall this is a great novel (especially from beginning to middle).

absolutely enjoyed the entire novel UwU

unlike other novels, ML, at least for me, is not overbearing // possesive // yandere ceo whatsoever. He's very patient and considerate (even waited for MC for around 4-6 years before getting married) anyways, overall, for me, it was a good read.

I saw the comedy in the genre but I cried in the story. Theres so many lessons in here. I dont know why there's low reviews but if you fully understand the plot, you will be fully motivated.

The ML is not a groomer. The MC is legal in the original world plus its unconditional love.

Both parents of MC and ML except the stepfather does not deserve to be called parents. I know the MC mother and stepdad do their best to show their love to her. The bad until the... more>> end is the MLs parent, what a joke. Always saying they want grandson, daughter in law. Theyre both s*upid.

Tianyu. Its so sad for him, hes moving forward but stimulate again at the end. I first doesnt understand why not them? But on the later part, I know why. They are suitable for being girlfriend boyfriend but will not end well as a companion. If they accept the like of each other in the beginning, I can say that they will hate each other at the end.

Shulan and Yu Cheng cried hard at their part. They love each other but all things are not right. The parents, the development and the character. One is a coward while the other one is stubborn, both of them have shackles. I wonder if the Yu parents did really regret? Did they really know what they do wrong?

The ending is superb, ML is not controlling the MC but he plan for the latter.

Well all in all, this book make me love Math for now. <<less

I read this book for the plot and romance, but I end up reading it for the works and determination MC and other students shown in the books.

The Romance is okay, I don't mind that it was slow because I was more into MC education progress. I was awe by her consistent hard works; she is not a genius but a hard worker who never gives up. The romance and everything else was a side dish for me.

ML is good; I like that the original ML has a good ending.... more>> The second ML leaves me a bit uncomfortable because he doesn't let go of his feelings. However, I guess sometimes people are just stuck on their first love in their youth.

MC did like second ML a bit but he miss his chance. However, in my opinion their character don’t match. I can see them date for a while but later break up because of the difference. He is good for her in her youth but in her career life it hard to say that he will be understanding for her.

The age difference between MC and ML can be uncomfortable for some people because of the 9 years gap.

The character development is good, the plot is also okay. There something unnecessary point in their but which book doesn’t have it.

overall, I think is a good book to read to motive yourself to work hard like MC did. <<less

Well overall I give this four stars, the three was an accident. But that's being nice, this novel.... and the second male syndrome... umm. I suggest you read it for the experience, you don't have to, but you could and suffer the second male lead syndrome with me muahahha. Edit:[SeriousRating] Naturally, this novel has it's appeal, it's cute, realistic, and the MC is not too unlikable or likable (based on personal preferences). Of course many don't like the overused troops, which I heavily agree with.. it's so unnecessary and used... more>> to justify the MC. Buttt... many will enjoy reading this, so don't back out too quick, unless you wanna join me in cursing the main couple bc the second male lead is so much cooler. <<less

I wont say much. I'm crying at the end of this novel. Not much character development of MC / ML. But it's developed sides character... good novel, not much angst. Good drama at just the right amount. I'm giving 5stars for this author's hardwork.. just as for MC's hardwork.. thankyou for the novel.

This novel is so good that I read the mtl, and I cried. I cried a lot. The story was there, the characyer was there but the ending why? Why did the author end the story with so much tears. And the second male lead as one of my favorite, why doesn't give him a new love... I'm so sad for him specially when his future was mention, I cried a bucket. But over all the sory was good and touch the realith of life. The MC is not op... more>> as she grind herself to study, the romance part is good as the ML slowly progresses his love and the characyers for me are natural unlike other stories. I love this story though the ending made me cry but it was considered a happy ending. From the time the MC transmigrated, meet the ml, enter high school to college, fell inlove, marriage, had a child up to old age, everything was written. This nivel is really a good read. <<less

This is a really fun book to read, even if it does get sad in some parts. The only thing I think could maybe be written a bit better is all the people with memories of their past life. Almost every character with a role, even small ones, have had a dream and know the future. I think I might like it better if it was only the MC, ML, and maybe the FL that kept their memories.

Meh. The relationship feels so one-sided and the FL seems to boring to me. This novel is more of an article to encourage you to keep on studying rather than something to entertain you with. If I want motivation to study, the last thing I'd do is look for it in a fiction book.

  • Lin Zhihua (ML) - I like how he waited for the MC. MC and ML have a 9yr age gap; here's the thing though, if someone can make you feel something in this dark sad world, I say go for it. ML is really devoted and patient with the MC. The funny thing is, one wrong move it's game over for him so I've got to give him a hand for not making any mistakes.
  • Cheng Shuo (MC's stepfather) and Yi Dafa (2nd ML, Yi Tianyu's dad) - I really like how Cheng Shuo is a decent adult here. He really loves Li Sitong (without ifs and buts) and really became MC's father. Yi Tianyu's parents are the BEST! They are funny and they truly love 2nd ML.
  • Yi Tianyu's coming of age - I need a spin off of this guy. It really broke my heart how he truly truly wants MC but then again here's the thing: his flags were constantly shot down by the circumstances (e.g was when they were scolded because Minjiao wrongfully accused them of being in a relationship), his own immaturity (e.g he constantly invades MC's personal space which makes his crush painfully obvious to MC's parents and makes MC strengthen her defenses against his love attacks)... finally he makes MC feel that she is responsible for the both of them when all MC want to do is study and fulfill her dreams... The "dream" that he has in the extra stories, I wish it was longer... Is it just a dream or did he really went back in time with the OG Xuejiao? Nobody will ever know...

  • The Romeo and Juliet - The way Shulan died is really random and what's worse is how it seemed to help MC and ML's relationship... It rubs me the wrong way. I get it, the overall message of this novel is "Be with the right people" but come on... Dang Qi and Jiajia who was traumatized along with the MC is still carried the scars until the ending... It was even hinted that Dang Qi is scared of boys because of it...
  • ML's family - wtf. ML's family really just straight up wants him to die or to reproduce... What's up with that? Everytime they are mentioned it's one or the other and ML sends them away only for them to come back for more...
  • Dogfood - I wish someone or anyone could have the the same happy lovelife like the MC and ML (e.g Mingze, Yi Tianyu, Ding Qi, Chu Sheng, Jiaxue etc.)
  • I got a bit bored towards the end - doesn't help that I MTL-ed it since I want to finish it.
  • The ending is so so for me.
  • I wish it has more romance.

Overall: This novel is an okay read especially if you will be reading it in one go. MTL is also not that bad, still recommend to read the human human translation though :) <<less

I will not rate this because I think the novel's good and a good read, but I find the ML's actions bothering. He was indeed manipulating the MC into isolating herself from potential suitors. He monopolizes her secretly, and tricks her into putting all her efforts into studying. He's definitely a groomer. &Gt;: (

I cant take it no more. Maybe because I expected way too much. The story is really bland and boring. Characters dont really have that much depth. I also don't like how the ML and the MCs relationship started. I agree with Sauramon, definitely grooming the child. The antagonist also lmao I really hate s*upid antagonists. They just scream "yes please face slap me" can't they just be more calculating and smarter? They are just degrading themselves to make the mc's halo brighter.

Idk im just so sad I saw alot... more>> of 5 stars and was just disappointed when I read it. Maybe you won't like it if you already read many good novels already. Definitely don't read if you have s*upid antagonists. <<less

The story is very straightforward and without layer/depth.

Recently I just read a good novel with multidimensional characters and good plot.

Thus, when I suddenly stumbled upon this simple storyline kinda novel. The gap is huge and it's significantly hard to dive into each characterization, just because they felt too 2D.

I just want to say one thing that its a complete fulfilling novel..... and the chapter 122 is the chapter I loved the most bt if u wanna understand the emotion of the chapter u must have to read the full novel otherwise u won't understand the emotion. After completing the last chapter I was hoping for other extras like they were again reborn in another world and reunite again... it doesn't have so much romance bt it will give you the feel that "yeah, the story is full, they... more>> should be happy and they have a fulfill life "....... What can I say... I admit that I got bored with all the parts where she studies, they over-exaggerate it, and her "slow romance" didn't make me anxious waiting for more but leaving very little, but hey, it was good to hang out.

It's quite good! The FL is very studious it makes me ashamed because I'm also a student lol. And it has a few face-slapping moments that's good af. One of its biggest mistake is how the author didn't finish FL's struggle in the academic world ... more>>

the story ended after FL and ML married just after FL's graduation, at that time FL was supposed to attend MIT under the tutoring of a 'lunatic' veteran professor there. That's it. It's such a shame because FL has so many potential, and it's foreshadowed in the story that FL will achieve great thing in the future so I think the story supposed to end after she completed her master's degree, get a PhD, and have some children with ML. That's right people, we didn't get any freaking little family moments here!

. FL's family is great too! I love her step-dad and how he did the parenting absolutely right for FL. As for her step-bro (supposedly original!ML), he's quite good, I love how he becomes a protective brother towards FL in the end even though it was hinted before that original!ML could probably have some feelings for her.

The ML is great too! He's soft and toxic free! He waited until FL graduated high school to officially court her and he's very respectful towards FL and her dreams. A good guy indeed.

It's just a pity that the main villain of the high school arc (Gu Shiyun) was sort-of disappeared in the end. I want to see her end, come on! And again, the ending is quite rushed so it's not very satisfying.

In summary, this is a good read, but I suggest you to read it just until FL graduated from high school to save your time. The high school arc is great and it's the reason of my 5-star rating. <<less
