This was such a fun and funny novel. Yes, the MC is dense when it comes to the ML, but not with others or in various situations. I really like the MC's internal thoughts. He's a very funny character. The one side character had such bad luck with women...lights a candle for him. The side character's issues with his love life had me cracking up. No major tension in this novel, but it never feels boring, so you can just kick back and enjoy. Many interesting female characters that pop... more>> up also. I've read several transmigration novels and this one is my favorite. Highly recommend. Will have to MTL to complete, but not terrible to do so. I really wish a translator would pick this up and complete. I plan to read it again at a later date. <<less

I read this years ago and end up re reading it. So it was about the MC who's a writer transmigrate to his book and tried to avoid the protag and people around him. Little did he know that the one he save was the one he wants to avoid the most. Yeah, the lil bun is ignorant and will depend on him yada yada he will turn into black bellies and expect that there would be r*pe here. As for the plot, well it was hilarious (MC's inner thoughts)... more>> but he was dense. There was misunderstandings, like tons of them. Sometimes, I want to smack MC's head, like bruh communication is the key! *Sigh* good thing it was mid length and didn't take that much time to finished <<less

This is one of the transmigration novels that do no change the plots or character interactions too much. MC really did not interfere with the plot even with the multiple encounters of course except the first one ir anything that would not affect his som too much, which I really appreciate since a lot of transmigration stories would usually have the MC be the power house. I like that the ML comrades and encounter are still his except for some, not taken away by our MC.

Overall I like the novel,... more>> although there are some forgotten parts or characters that have beef with the MC, but this is one of the few that I read that actually still mentions the servants of MC like the 4 death warriors and 4 maids. Which I appreciate hehe. The world build is small and not so out of nowhere. I also like that the dialogue itself really seemed that we can really feel that the MC has his mind floating elsewhere in the novel world, when in fact he is monologuing or explaining to the readers the background of something. I also like that the ML really is a psycho yandere and not the usual proclaimed Yandere but was just super obsessive/possessive.

I thought the romance would be slow burn but then came left then there it came on fast speed. So far I am still not that convince of the explanation given by the author regarding the MCs boundaries. But on that one I can’t relate to MC, but expounding from his circumstances, I can see why. Still was quite a nice read since I don’t like conflicts that goes on for chapters. If your brain don’t spend too much juice on thinking on some parts hehe. <<less

I started rereading; and the quality isn't bad. This novel is as good-bad as I remembered - the author makes fun of the story and characters, and the pay off to their messy relationship is peak crazy. The unreliable main character is the author of the book he transmigrated to, and the flowery descriptions that 'pad out the word count' is a part of his character lolol. The descriptions don't overstay their well and is an intentional bit; they're worth their salt and the little time commitment compared to what... more>> useless purpose they serve in other titles. it's a good read so far waiting for the next translation, unfortunately it was so good it raised my expectations for novels of this type now I can't find what to read in the meantime ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
