The older sister flees from her wedding to be with her lover, and her younger sister is forced to take her place in marrying a very powerful man.

As luck would have it, she ends up transmigrating into the body of that younger sister.

Although the man that she weds is very powerful, he’s the irredeemable final villain.

All villains are doomed to a bleak ending. And, as this villain’s wife, she’s afraid that her ending won’t be good either.

Fortunately, the older sister had gone back in time after having experienced a lifetime of suffering. This prodigal daughter returns to the turning point of her life. Pointing at her younger sister, she demands for her younger sister to hand over her husband.

Looking at this beautifully crying older sister, Ye Zhen swiftly yields and says, “Older sister, don’t worry. I haven’t even done anything with brother-in-law!”

To her shock, she later discovers that she’s pregnant.

With tears in her eyes, her older sister says, “Didn’t you say that nothing happened between the two of you?”

Ye Zhen looks at the great villain that doggedly pursues her. She is utterly and totally doomed.

There’s a great villain lying next to her, and she’s pregnant with a mini villain. How’s she suppose to survive?!

Later on, as Ye Zhen watches the great villain putting the baby down and changing the diaper, she sighs. “There’s nothing that can be done. I’ve already missed the golden opportunity to turn things around. How can I leave now?”

It was ok. It wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. The relationship progression of the MC and ML is slow, steady, and healthy. There is no big dog-food or major insecurities in their relationship. The ML grows and is very good partner after a few chapters; very supportive, caring, and patient. The plot is kinda dull leaving aside the destruction of the "original MC's halo".

Here are main reasons why I didn't like it.

The story literally starts off with the ML raping the MC. The MC thought that she been occassionally having wet dreams about her husband/ML but she was actually being knocked out by the butler with sleeping pills- he didn't know ML was faking coma and simply wanted to help with MC's sleeping problems- and was being "eaten" in her semi-conscious state thinking she simply dreaming. The book tries to imply that wasn't necessarily r*pe since it says the MC jumped him first and that she doesn't mind the ML's indulgence of 'midnight snacks' but it still doesn't make it ok. She was drugged, not in state of mind to give consent, was not aware of her circumstances, was taken advantage of, and was lied to. Not cool.

Honestly, the MC isn't interesting. Sure she kinda feisty and relatable but she doesn't really have a strong character or anything outstanding about her. Also, why the hell did this story try to guilt-trip working moms. Like yeah, she should probably not devote most of her time to work but don't say she's not being a good mom simply because she wants to work. Also, she's too indulgent with their son... sigh.

Story starts becoming dull after the dad kidnaps the MC in order to get ransom from ML and use that money to pay off his massive gambling debt, there's plenty of drama but not enough dog-food or clever scheming to keep me fully indulged. It's very steady.

There isn't really anything outstanding about this story... sigh. It had so much drive and potential in beginning though. <<less

I was curious so I tried to MTL the story. The story itself is pretty light.. There's no twist and turn. At the begining, the story is quite interesting and exciting for me, but after it goes to the middle, it just seems flat to me. I finished reading, but probably won't bother to read or remember the plot in the future.

All in all, it was an okay read for me

This novel is one my favourites and I hope you guys will read ahead before dropping it.

In fact, I started this with the expectation to be disappointed.

It had all the ingredients of a semi-bad novel. It wouldn't be as horrible as some longish CN but not that great either. Like an OK read to pass time.

• There was the s*x with ML and then pregnant stereotype.

• Transmigration

• Previous FL is shi**y

• ML fall in love with MC so quickly.

• ex-MP in love with MC and a creepy stalker

• A smart MC

I've read my fair share of CN and usually this is recipe for disappointment.

the oh so smart MC actually acts s*upid.

the family takes advantage of her.

brainless ex-sis supposed ex-FL who should be exception (I mean shouldn't an FL still be great despite an OP villain. Like all cool-headed and actually be OKish with the villain?)

ML who LOVES MC treats her like a doll. Toss and temper tantrums of villains the decoration

children of MC. Just follows the stereotype of children of protagonist. No parent interaction at all.

Yeah. I still don't like how porridge was made and the ex-FL.

Before reading this novel, I went through the spoiler thread. I saw the Lu mom's pitiful situation and also creepy Lin Zhan at hospital.

This was like telling me that all my assumptions were right. Yeah, you shouldn't believe in spoilers 100%

Don't get me wrong --THEY'RE GREAT. But at times they give the wrong impression.

Lu Beichuan is actually a 'nice' guy. But I'll agree that he was a douche at the start. But read till chp 40 and you'l have a nice surprise. Especially the birth of porridge.

He treats Ye Zhen well and he waited for her to be comfortable in the family before he confessed and he DIDN'T TOUCH HER FOR TWO YEARS.

There was a lot of family time. And the MC and Lu Mother really spoil porridge but not in the over-exaggerated way. Just spoil. And the ML is the one who has to play bad cop. It was nice that the ML wasn't a total jealous ass and there was some geniune interaction between them.

It's well-paced and actually a really good read. If you read on, you'll see it's a gem. Not the best but a sweet and nice read.

Edit: OK. I admit the ending is abrupt... and the author's other novel too. Would be so nice if there was more~ <<less

Whew, that was one satisfying yet not so satisfying ending~ Hahaha! Spoiler alert!

Are you sure??

It was actually satisfying because it was such a fluff, like I was "awwwwww"~ing till the last word. But then, I was like, "what!? That's it!? I'm at the end!???"

I want to know the siblings plus parents relationship~ Side chapters please~!

It is a good read if you're looking for something that wouldn't suffocate you with rollercoaster emotions. It's just... FLUFF, you know? But not to the level of my definition of "dog food".

The story and background with its characters?

Well, our MC are technically the villains, so maybe the supposed anti MCs renewed view or last minute decisions weren't really surprising for me.

I was just not used for anti MCs to suddenly give up their plans.

And time is fast here, like today suddenly became months later. The whole timeline is 4 to 5 years.

They're married for those whole years. 2 years for being in a "still developing" mode followed by the next passionate years.

Anyways, I recommend it if you're looking for something nice to read that'll make you float in fluffiness. Hahaha.

P.S. This story made me got nervous and scared if one day I will be pregnant. <<less

This story is light and enjoyable to read. The FL and ML were likeable - they're not super op, but with not so genius villains, their not-so-op-ness was enough for them to live comfortably.

One thing I love about the story:

their small baby boy was a 'normal' baby boy - he's not graduated from Harvard at the age of four or something like many of other similar stories lol

I do wish the author add some extra stories. To me it ended kind of too abrupt sobs I need more

This is a fluffy novel.

MC/FL is not really the emotional type unless alcohol is involved. Though she does show more near the end without the alcohol. Personality wise, she seems to be like Shen Ying in My Master Disconnected Again without the need to constantly eat.

ML is the standard cold CEO type that dotes on the FL. The reason for the doting is more understandable from the first several chapters so there are no misunderstanding plot points. This is all fluff from ML to FL.

The enemies are here more to... more>> show the fluff instead of being evil die die as other novels have it. Mostly no brain dead enemies that fight to the death here. No need to scream at the characters except for the crazy

parents, really brain dead

If you want to read a fluffy romance with out the over the top nutty enemies (except for a pair). This is an entertaining novel.

first review - hopefully helpful. <<less

This novel is cute but I think its not complete (for me). I need more epilogue!! From the summary MC transmigrated into the novel but I don't know when she became a character in the novel. And I really hate MC parent, and her sister..

Her parent send her to be a bride for a comatose ML and when her sister realized that ML is a powerful and loving person she come back to reclaim to be a bride to ML.. And that selfish parent support her... ughhh, what a terrible family..

And I think reincarnation tag must put in this novel.. Because MC twin sister is reincarnated from her past. She want to be with ML cause she jealous of MC who lives so happy with ML and hve a cute son when she lives in difficult life..

Super interesting, very cute, smart MC and cunning male lead, I haven't read anything like this story before, even if it's the 'transmigr1ted into a book' style, it's still very refreshing and cute

In regards to the rap* scenes people are talking about:

long story short, when MC first transmigrates, she I guess uses alcohol to drown her sorrows away (she’s sad/bewildered/in denial that she is in a novel). In her drunken stupor, she gets grabby with the “comatose” ML + ML responds back and they have s*x (can be considered rap* b/c ML did not consent at first but also not really b/c instead of pushing her away, he responded back and did the deed [for me, while there was a lack of verbal consent, both parties are at fault to a certain extent]) and due to the alcohol, MC does not completely recall that night/that particular moment. This is the only time they have interc**rse and this first time was what got the MC pregnant (so theres no continual rap* happening and it only seems like there is b/c MC keeps dreaming about their first night together).

In regards to the sleeping pills

ML noticed MC was not sleeping well so he wanted his doctor (who knew he was pretending to be in a coma) to prescribed sleeping pills to MC so she could sleep better. ML was NOT taking advantage of her and only wanted her to sleep better.

This novel is mostly generic, MC who does mostly what she wants, ML who falls in love w/ MC and tries to win her heart, parents who belong in the incinerator, a villainess (one who’s s*upid + foil and another who is in love w/ the ML) and at least one/two decent human beings. The baby is their mostly to show the ML and MC being good parents.

Honestly, you will see the situation/novel differently from others. If you’re just a casual reader you will probably be fine with the random things happening in the novel. My advice is to just read it as a novel and enjoy it as it is instead of dwell too much on EVERY single detail. <<less

Hello everyone do you really know how to read. There's no r*pe scene. Please don't skip and read every chapter for you to understand. Well, it turns out that the MC was the one who attacked ML when she was drunk. The child happened out of drunkness.

The part that the s*x happen is controlled of the original character (Ye zhen the original character from the book) and the morning to that she transmigrated.

Unnecessarily long. It had a steady pace but then it just came to a screeching halt once the leads got closer. It went from "oh I don't really want to marry or stay married to you" to a henpecked husband. That drastic development took out the sweetest bit in a relationship and main character becomes excessively domineering.

The story would've been a 5 if it wasn't so overly rushed after reaching its peak. Quite a shame, really.

First, I must thank the translator of this novel. S/he is doing a great job.

And then, when you have to wait for each section to be released, at some point you forget about many details, and I have a habit of rereading stories that I like, so I started to read this story aging since I have to wait for a long time for it to be finished. And there were many mistakes that the author has made and by rereading it I could count them. So I decided to... more>> drop this story. Thus the 2 stars...

I must confess, I couldn't give up and I was very curious, so I read the draft by using MTL.

Let me tell you, the fluff of the story is very very little, the conversations between the couple are very rare and it is not satisfying.

And then, I must rant about the chapters..... At first, I checked it at NU that original Completed story has (almost) 105 chapters (since I only read completed stories), and then I looked at the numbers of the released chapters and thought "It's ok, it must be completed by 4 or 6 months, I can wait that long", by the time I realized that every chapter of the original story was divided to 2 up 7 parts, It was already too late and I caught out in the story and to some point I loved it. <<less

Ok so first of all it's very worth reading this And the people who rated this one star because of the r*pe thingy is absolutely dumb so this is what happend about the r*pe thingy and why the ML is pretending to be in a coma for the people that misunderstood you should've read all of it first you f*ckers here you are misleading the readers smh.

The r*pe thing:

The reason why the FL got pregnant is because when she transmigrated she was drunk and so she made the first move that caused a hot steamy night with the ML which is pretending to be in a Coma and the ML explained that he puts the drug on the Milk (The drug in the Milk is for deep sleep) because she saw that the FL have insomnia and always gets nightmares so pls don't misunderstand.

Why the ML is pretending to be in a coma:

so basically when the ML woke up he cant feel his lower body so he pretended to be in a coma until his body is in a good state.

I think FL is sensible enough to know her place and not being unreasonable. I personally quite like the FL and also ML is treating the protagonist nicely as he is the one who reveal Ye Qing (FL twin sister) bad deeds. On the other hand, same as other evil characters the twin sister Ye Qing is truly shameless. She is greedy and don't know her place at all. All she wants is to live in rich and want to take credit from Ye Zhen.

Thank you for all the translated... more>> chapters. <<less

I'd give this novel a 4.5 stars.

Clarifying, the first time they did the snu snu, it was consensual because ... more>>

She dranks alcohol and got drunk due to the shock of transmigration and jumped on the ML. So actually she was the one who jumped on him. Also minus the fact the ML does the snu snu on a daily basis by drugging her, she actually doesn't mind because she said in the novel she feels "refreshed" most of the time and "feels a lot pleasure." She also finds out she pregnant with his child but she isn't really bothered after finding out her "dreams" when she was asleep was in fact real.

So in a way, it's not r*pe and the MC actually does not mind. Please skip over that fact and read for the plot line. The plot line is really interesting with her green tea twin sister who's so used to being favored and thinks everything great should belong to her. Her twin sister is a scheming oppourtunitist. It's interesting to see how her twin sister white lotus face gets ripped off etc. <<less

It's good, but the ending is too abrupt

Author didn't really explore the protagonist and the uncle that in the original story will ruin the villain life. Even though they are a really interesting character

What happened to them in the end? What kind of future they will have?

It's a so so one. Something that you can fast read and will not have too much attached feelings towards it

I feel so bad about the uncle. Why his life so hard? I believe he need his own happy ending!

Average and decent. Would suffice just as a time killer.

It seems as if the ML and FL just fell in love in a snap of a finger but there's not really much development in their feelings potrayed in the story. Although it is mentioned in the story, it's not POTRAYED that much (?) Idk. Read and you'll know

Also, isn't it r*pe? The ML had s*x while the FL was 'sleeping' and the FL thought it was just a wet dream because the ML was supposed to be jn a 'coma'... more>> at that time ugh <<less

Novel is good, goes at a good pace no rushing into the story plot. like how the ML treats MC, not pushing her to do things she doesn't like and always there for her. Their son is also cute!

Its a very good read. No misunderstandings, a lot of sweetness, a small bun and a doting husband for FL. The only thing that saddens me is that it ended so soon. I want more chappies :' (
