CN and JP novels I really enjoy. Novels that go an extra mile to build up the story, the world, the characters and the progression.

I prioritize stories with well written characters, well written plots, and not repetitive. If the story has that all but doesn't have the "cool" otherwordly feel that we all seek for in this novels, it will not be in here.
