I have 2 things to say about this novel, 1. I love the ML and wanna adopt him, he is so damn precious, easy top 10 fav MLs in my list and 2. Prepare tissues for the extra bc it is about the first/original timeline after MC’s death.

The MC may seem to behave in annoying ways sometimes, but it's more true to his personality as someone who has never had close affection. He's very th**ny.

The ML's and MC's wingmen are a bit annoying, but are well meaning and helped out two poor communicators.

This story shows potential, the light comedy. The cute ML personality towards the MC (he's such a nerd tho in a cute way) and the way the MC just wants to live his life, HIS way is so lovable. Can't way to continue

Though the funny thing is, I'm at chapter 6 and I already need to change to a 3rd new translator lmao. But anyways, not dropping it just yet

Father Ye is such a tr*sh, he deserves to be dead and I can't believe the fact that he killed his wife and son in Ye Fei past life is real. He was that cruel.

What I was so moved is when the author included the continuation on yan xiao's life after ye fei died. I CRIED 😭 the way yan xiao discovered the secret behind the deaths in both life. The way he spent his life isolated on a private island with ye fei's ashes because his world was nothing more when his other half wasn't present. I am so in love

With it being this short, I find it really satisfying to read. The plot has enough depth to cover the MC's family problems. The thing is I wish the one who save ML was MC instead of his orphanage friend, it would make the feelings more inline instead of that *first look fall in love* clinch. I find the MC's personality very my kind of taste, free flow, strong and willing to show weakness to the people he cares about. ML though hmm I wish he had more personality developments... more>> but hey in bed, he really a beast! Ha where does he must have study alot in that department. The story itself did leave me alot of different emotions with the way his dad being such a scum bag and what MC said to his mum at the end at the cemetery make me tear up abit. The story has alot of love and also alot of hate towards different characters. It's okay.. but at always... author portrayed chinese people as hooligan without humanity. It's quite disturbing when a fat woman shouted and called little ML as disgusting orphan. Well it's true in confucian society, orphans are despised and they're proud of it just like some korean minister. But even in south east asia, that act can incite public outrage. The extra was so painful. 😭 Given that it has the same author of "I just want to be in a relationship" both stories actually has the same vibes on it. Both MLs are green flags and I think has the same EQ level? Although I like "I just want to be in a relationship" more, I still enjoyed this plot. I just love unrequited love becoming requited.

I didn't cry for the other chapters but the extra nearly made me cry. The last lines "My name is Yan Xiao" and... more>> "My name is Yi Fei" just hits different. 😭 <<less

this was fluffy and easy to read, too short but in some respect, it's just right. The change after rebirth was written well, there was never a moment that you'll think 'oh he wasn't supposed to be like that' because everything was clear. The misunderstandings were very simple but the impact was big. I personally love the male lead's personality, I can't really explain it but I just adore him. MC was smart and decisive, but when he's met with the ML it's all just fluff.",)

I enjoyed this very much. I loved how devoted the ML is.

A fine, light read. Nothing was stretched out; there was no angst. If I did have to push myself to read through the last ten chapters, they went by quickly.

I enjoyed the read... it was properly paced and sweet... at first I really didn't like the fact that the MC is not opening up to the ML... and because of that they lost some time... if you like someone rather than being selfish and deciding one sidedly you have to let the other person know too... I mean tat is my personal opinion... anyway after that its all good... its a delightful read... thanking the author and translator for bringing us this piece of gem 💎 🙏

3.9 for me.. The author give us lot slices onion make it into pickle serve it with fried rice (which is good combination but just so so) and in the end they forgot to was their hand and use that hand to rub our eyes.. Yeah.. Atleast our cp had sweet time.. And sweet memories although in some part I don't feel enough love story.. Background to support ML love to MC, feel like author just swept it done

Nice short story. The ending wrapped up everything nearly and the villains were proudly taken care of and no plotting left open. I have to admit, I was expecting a funny story or at least the scene in the description to take place on the novel but it didn't. Excuse me, but was that extra necessary? It destroyed me emotionally and overworked my tear ducts. I was expecting a happy extra, they slapped me in the face and slam dunked me into a pile of dried red pepper flavored angst.

However, it was bittersweet.

This is a really good story, and it deserves all the good reviews it gets. The ML might be autistic, with problems expressing his emotions. He's not the typical cold black-bellied ML who are emotionally constipated. This ML has a low EQ, is very innocent and tries... more>> hard to give his partner everything he can, both materialistically and emotionally, even though he kinda fails the emotional part. It's fine, nobody is perfect. It's fine that he understands his own feelings towards the MC and treats him in the best way possible. He's the kind of ML who's difficult to get along with because he simply doesn't understand emotions. As a person who also tends to take everything I hear literally, I relate to him so hard.

The MC is self dependent, talented and generally a very strong and capable person. Their relationship is so darn balanced and they respect each other so much, I love it. Even in the middle of the so called divorce, neither can see the other hurt. The entire novel heals me.

The villains are not really the focal point of the story. The story is not long, and strikes a good balance between revenge, healing, and romance. The plot twist was expected and the transmigration wasn't really explained, but overall, the story was pretty well written (and excellently translated, thanks to CG). It's worth a read if you don't mind some cliches. Besides, the humor and writing style makes up for any negative point that can dissuade readers.

I love this sooo much... The MC and ML are reasonable. But my favorite is the Ml, please he's too precious 😭I literally can't. I love him soo much to the point I want to cry anytime he's sad, jealous or things don't work out for him.
Omg I can't express my heart enough. No one on earth deserves him, atleast I'm glad he met MC who actually protects his feelings unlike other characters that might manipulate or try to take advantage of it. If I ever meet someone like Ml, if he were a stranger or a poor person I don't mind taking care of him to the fullest or giving him all my money. I love him so much and I wish even during his after life, he develops more EQ and can have the highest self esteem and confidence ever.
