As the only girl born in the four generations of the Mo family – a prestigious and powerful family in Hua Xia – Mo Liu Gui has been adored since the day she was born. When he was six years old, they even ganged up to beat him till he had a fractured right leg which almost left him permanently disabled, all because he scored first place in his grade while his sister scored third, making Mo Liu Gui sad to the point of crying.

Countless scolding, neglect, double standard treatment, and even abuse in the name of education have been habitually done to Mo Di. Finally one day, the Mo Di who has been soft and obedient for eighteen years turned black.

He was no longer a soft and sensible man but had become gloomy and aggressive. He ran away from home, started his own company and made new friends. Everything is booming but when his company was about to go public, he was found by the Mo family. During a struggle with Mo Liu Gui who was asking him to come home, she fell and almost had a miscarriage. This incited everyone’s anger and they forced him into a mental hospital.

In the end, he died on his 25th birthday…
Afterwards, he was reborn.

5/5 A well written reincarnation revenge novel. MC suffered greatly due to his sisters mary-sue halo in his previous life. In this life, he fought to change his fate, and with the help of ML, successfully managed to live a wonderful life. ML was sweet on MC, and while MC's previous life was torturous and a little morbid, his new life made up for it. This story will rile up your emotions, especially on the past life of the MC but I assure you the faceslapping on the braindead family members of the MC were satisfying!!

ML and MC has a good and understanding relationship that will make you jealous!! Both of them were smart and knows how to get back on their enemies.

Totally recommend this book!! You should try it!!

I absolutely love this one🤧🤧.

I love QWTFOD and find no other novel better than it but I find this novel (Rebirth of a Cannon Fodder from a Novel) although not surpassing QWTFOD but can be considered a great RIVAL.

I didn't like to read this first because the synopsis is not too appealing to me especially I'm a fluff/faceslapping reader but I just decided to read it because I'm bored and just want to read 3 or 5 chapters but I never knew that once I started reading this, I can't... more>> stop.

Trully a real treasure🤧🤧

This was a great Novel. Like really.

Some people would not be able to tolerate becsuse of how brain dead the MC's family is, and would want to stop reading but lemme tell you, there is reason for everything.

If you read it till the end you will come to find out many things, plot twisting things.

Someone in the review section said, that the MC was all badass at first and could fight but in a next few chapters he was getting beaten, but there is a reason for it, he was getting beaten on purpose, so that he could attract ML attention. (P.S I don't mean any kind of offence to the person who wrote that review)
All I want to say is you should continue and read, there might be sometimeyou think it's too foolish but it's all planned so Read it.

Overall, I find the whole story acceptable. I would not say that I enjoyed it tremendously cause the characters and plot are less fleshed out than what I usually prefer but at least it is not draggy or repetitive. Although it revolved around the typical face-slapping and dog blood drama, the author did not go overboard either and the main characters are quite likable. My favorite part would have to be the ending which gave me a pleasant surprise.

I did not expect that the author would actually explain his sister's ability and linked it to transmigration/her system. Initially, I just thought that she was the main FL and everything should revolve around her. So, to me, the reveal and the story continuation after the MC's first death are refreshing and it really gives the story an additional layer.

This novel definitely deserved 5 stars.

Our MC sufferred so much in his previous life but even after his sufferrings, instead of ending as a blood thirsty and revenge driven person, he retained his bottom line and is still grateful to those people who may not helped him but did not add to the abuse. That was really challenging given how he was both mentally and physically tormented. It showed his strong character, compassion and his level of maturity.

He may have schemed against other people but he never allowed himself to... more>> hurt the innocent. Also, I find his plan to get assistance from our ML acceptable. If everything in the world is against you and is out to take your life, desperate measures are needed. He did not set out to hurt our ML but really needed a shelter to change his fate since his too young and powerless to do everything on his own. He made it a point to be as independent as possible and his efforts to shoulder the consequences of his actions were commendable to me.

Moreover, I simply adored how the ML loved him throughout his lifetimes. His devotion was so heartwarming and exactly what Mo Di needed to heal his traumatized heart and mind. Lastly, the translator did such a great job and I felt that she really supported this novel hence the superb quality of the translation conveyed the emotion of the characters. <<less

This novel is a masterpiece. If u all have any delima regarding this dont worry just go for it. It will make u cry and be happy in next moment..

I really liked the our MC and ml, their unconditional love for each other. MC is soo cute and just love our ml.

But reading this novel I really cried a lot.

So disgusting🤢🤢 and that qin guy really just horrible I really felt like he should suffer the same fate as he did to others it was very light punishment for him.

I liked this very much. I was searching for some good revenge and face slapping, and that's exactly what I got.
If you don't want to read about revenge and torture or other such things, don't even bother reading this then. The focus is on revenge, with a sprinkle of love as a side dish. Also, if you are wondering is the MC's revenge harboring justified after his reincarnation, then yes, yes it is.

People are complaining here a lot how the MC's family and other antagonists are s*upid/braindead, but they don't realise that is the point (except some of it is explained in the end). The author creates I think one of the most disgusting and vile enemies I've read in a while. And every time our MC managed to win in an encounter I felt satisfied.

I got really hard time thinking what I didn't really like in this novel. I just think this is really good, even the ending left me pleased. But what I finally was able to remember that could've been done better, was the second pair/pairs. The other one was skipped (hastily written in the end) and I think the author forgot about the other one. Like they tried to make a ship, but then amidst the big happenings they stopped writing about the other pair and it was left collecting dust. Also, I was first thinking that the author was going too fast near the end, but I think the last chapter saved it (at least for me) and didn't leave me looking sour.

Of course this work might have little tweaks here and there that I can't spot when all I can see is the radiating brilliance the novel is directing at me.

This is THE BEST

I love it. Oh my god, and the ending is so good, I’m just sitting and crying here. I hope they will have one more and even more good life’s together.

Here we have a good plot with drama, action, business and time progression. The plot is quite logical and the more you read, the closer it to the end, the more bombs are there from author. So good. Very enjoyable and light read for me personally. I will read it again, for sure.

i just wanna say that Mo Liu Giu is the most f*cking annoying white lotus I've ever read like I JUST WANNA SLAP HER TO DEATH ARGH SHE IS SO IRRITATING.

The novel is sooooo good of you love dog blood just read it you will vomit a bucket of blood and the faceslapping is so severe you just don't want to read the part where s*upid villains appear but overall I really love the novel, the interaction of the MC and ML is sweet asf and so cute how they... more>> develop feelings

This is the type of novel that would make you angry you'd want to vomit blood but at the same time, stay for the satisfaction of witnessing face-slapping—which happens throughout the novel.

The MC, born from the higher class, was very unfavored in his family because of his transmigrator slash conceited sister that had a system but forgot once he was reborn. His childhood and teenage years were spent by him being abused and blamed by almost everyone who surrounded him.

He bears the accusations for countless shallow and unrealistic reasons.

The sister was also very contradicting, saying one thing and meaning or implying, or even implicating, another. She's very discriminative and delusional, and her deliberately making things hard for MC was so annoying. I think for the entire novel; it's either she weeps, she acts like a holy mother devoid of grudges, or she's just purely being self-absorbed.

A lot of characters are very one dimensional. But in the end, obviously, those infatuated fools (infatuated to the point of it almost being in*estuous) who schemed against him faced the repercussions of their actions time and time again, and time and time again did they not learn from those at all.

On certain parts of the novel, it was especially frustrating, some enjoyable, and others fluffy.

The truth behind the transmigrations, rebirths, and triggering memories from the past were very intriguing.

I also definitely like the ML, because he's not just a 'cold to others except to MC' but he has character. The development of their relationship was adorable as well.

Though, illogical in some aspects, it's good nonetheless.

I really loved this story? It's not too long and just what you want to read in the revenge reborn genre.

The MC was treated badly all his life and then he died and was reborn again so he started planning his revenge and on the way he met the very powerful ML who helped him deliver face slapps, defeat him enemy and then they get together and live happily ever after.

There is no r*pe or dubious consent is this story, the relationship betwwen the main characters is developped slowly and... more>> not an instant love. The ML have the typical dominat CEO character.

I think it's s solid 4 stars for meand thank the translator for the great translation work <<less

3, 9/5 (it's a classic Face slapping story dude with brainless villain what you expect? But in the end it came a full circle ig?)

  • The villain massive brainless if the FL didn't Tampered with it, it should've been a cute harem story very happy one at that.
  • I felt my braincells digressing trying to understand the Villains because a massive part the played (because the FL the family should prosperous one but she was homophobic so goodbye to that, ms was delusional too and 100% White lotus hypocrite btch the worst point of all)
  • The MC is kinda plain NGL so is the ML
  • Overall it felt plain but this is what I'm expecting from the beginning
  • Unless I misread then whatever happened to Gu Ran Ju????

If you like lots of faceslapping and revenge then this story would be for you! If I'm honest the plot wasn't very complicated but everything is wrapped up nicely by the end. Will say though that the MC and ML are kind of OP but not in a terrible way? Idk but if that bothers you then I wouldn't recommend this. I read this story for faceslapping and a fluffy romance, which is what I got!

The plot is well control with some twist and turn, nevertheless, I feel irritate Author mentioned Ten years age gap was so huge.

You know, no 3 years old child will call 14 yo child 'Uncle' and so does the 30 yo man to 41 yo man. That's why I remove one stars out of five

May Author just be 14 or 15/16 yo girl thinking that ten years age gap is too much and not too much agreeable or matched.bcuz only teenagers girl will think like this so 😌😏.

Anyhow, there is not much cons about protagonist's charactoristic and personaliy. They both are so cute. <<less

This novel is worth the time to read. I think most part of the plot is logical, even if it's not, it will be logical once the disclosure of the background story has come. For me, the ending is although seems like an open ending, but it's definitely satisfying.

Moreover, I think that the ML (Mo Di) is a clear headed and did not blindly exact his revenge. It could be seen that he didn't do anything to that middle schooler. And he always keep in mind to not implicated innocent... more>> people and try to help some 'cannon fodder' to get away from trouble without forcing them.

This novel also telling some critics about morals and society. But on the other hand, also giving the reader some hopes that the government, especially police, could still be trusted to uphold justice.

Btw, I know you won't care, BUT I still wanted to say it anyway. Commissioner Wang is definitely my beloved side character in this novel. Without you, the face slapping will be less fragrant LOL.

p.s. I also wanted to thanks several honest review and their spoiler. As a spoiler lover, it gives me a lot of enthusiasm to wait for the face slapping. It also restrained me from cursing when I saw the act of the said goddess and her brain dead fans. <<less

in the first place if you don't want to get angry don't read this novel!!! lol secondly I would like to praise the ending that surprised me the balance of the world was a good ideaidea. the old beast and his cub could be together forever there it's really cute I'm feeling sour ╮ (╯_╰) ╭.I loved the characters a good pace of the story has a plausible explanation for them to madly love MC's sister I read this story for the slaps in the face and the revenge and... more>> it didn't disappoint me they managed to get revenge on the Mo family wonderfully hehe. Other than that I was really angry at how false and hypocritical MC's sister can be, and her s*upid family was a great story. mainly because the author didn't leave obvious holes in the script, he managed to close the explanation perfectly, like in the end when they go back to another world to have a balance I liked this idea, and I gave it 5 stars because I had fun in the funny parts and I found the couple's interactions cute...... First of all--- THE FREAKING SCUMS IN THE STORY ARE ALL BRAIN DEAD and this remained true until just a few chapters before the end. Oh my god, I can't even describe the cringe that I felt when I was reading them.

I was really tempted to drop it off but after reading from another review about an explanation on it later on in the story, I endured because like someone else, I was curious about how much cringier it could get.

It's incredulous how s*upid everyone is all the time you... more>> can't help but think only ML and MC are sane as well as some other passerbys.

But things gradually mellowed out at the middle towards the end. The Mo family and co got their just desserts.

Basically, I skimmed over almost half of the story to avoid dropping it just to quickly get to bottom of it.

Throw away logic when you read this. It somehow gets interesting near the end and the face-slaps and reversals were somewhat interesting.

The only thing I find redeeming in this is the explanation of the MC and ML's affections in both lives and how they somehow recalled them both. But that's it. All the s*upidity was just blamed on a homophobic system and a delusional transmigrat that brought all the tragedy. <<less
