Just a casual book list of BLs I’ve read that I think are pretty good. I’m no BL connoisseur so don’t expect anything too fancy lol.
If you’re a casual reader that:
-wants stories to have plot development with (somewhat) sound logic
-hopes characters have a certain degree of complexity and thematic exploration that is done decently well
-is particularly picky with pacing
then I think you’d find the BL novels on this list worth reading!
Novels on this list are ones I’ve completed and aren’t ranked in any particular order. There’s a variety of genres and dynamics cuz I’m not too particular.

My favourite unlimited flow novel by far. The MC is so cool, I love Zong Jiu so much you don’t understand. The plot is also well paced and the entire premise is exciting af. I’ve never felt bored even once. Even if it requires some brain cells, the different dungeons and stages aren’t unnecessarily complex, all resolved logically and satisfyingly. Read until C81 and waiting for more chapters. I really appreciate the author not going for an ‘MC knows the future so is omniscient’ approach, and instead acknowledges the future MC knows are in parts, in his own POV hence imperfect. While his future knowledge helps him, it also hinders him, which is properly executed as the plot unfolds and it’s very intriguing. MC’s character development is amazing to watch and his relationship with ML is also very cute. I really liked the MC’s cunningness and the different layer to both his and ML’s backstory. There’s also a minor expose I like about the problematic, escapism mindset of transmigration tropes which I quite like. Either way, I think the different arcs and the solutions both MC & ML came up with to solve their problems are creative and logical. Where do I begin? I walked into this story thinking this was going to be a lighthearted read but went out completely floored by how well the author handled the entire story. The characters, their backstories, the pacing…it’s all so amazing. The MC & ML’s relationship and their journey to overcome their hardships is beautiful to witness, like watching a camellia bloom in winter.
