So I'm not including those with 'tiered worlds' like Reincarnator where it is a different realm but literally everything else is the same because then we'd just end up with all of Xianxia.

@John34404 I haven't read the Lich one but I'll check it out! As for AoA, I actually agree that it's better than WMW in some ways. However the ending is really, really awful. I'll put Dragonil20's comment on the ending which I found on the NU forums down below

age of adepts has ended at 1532. ended with the most rushed ending ever. Greem as 5 grade adept, settling in fire element plane made a deal with a remnant soul of a 8 grade fire elemental monarch Luis, 2 god crystal for 20 berries that improve spiritual force so he can become 6 grade adept. Ended up being tricked by Luis who is working with the 7 th grade destiny sorcerer and got his body possessed but at the last moment greem broke up his soul and hid the fragments in his body. While Luis is busy experimenting with his new body and killing the artifact spirit of book of plague, the titan who originally killed Luis soul and broke it to fragments appeared again and intend to finally end Luis, forcing luis to escape to abyss. Turns out Alice apprentice sacrificed her daughter of destiny title to give greem a small chance of survival and....................... END
So yeah, MC just f*ckin dies midway through his journey. That's why WMW is above Age of adepts

Wizarding immortal, basically another Warlock copy even with similar plot points, but different paths of power that somehow blend together nicely. Only mtl tho.
What can be counted is '48 hours a day', 'Death Notice' (sadly it seems to be dropped).
Maybe also, albeit less likely than the ones above:
'The city of terror' albeit its the same world he goes to each time, this is only clear after well into the book and each location and time he enters, its different due to the peoples thoughts being different.
Mechanical God Emperor, albeit so far MC has only been in one world, we already know, that there are other worlds in the multiverse (similar to AoA)

Master Hunter K I've actually read but it doesn't really fit does it? It's not just about ascending to different realms, it's also about each of them having a different culture and path to power.
In Master Hunter K, he goes through these levels but each of them is based on that single world. Sure there's different monsters and all but the path to powers the same, defeat monster -> increase stat point.
I'll add terror infinity since it's basically just a shitty clone of Ultimate Evolution iirc.
Even though most of the novels I've put here have stat points, that's actually a coincidence. The main point is different worlds with different paths to power

that is why i put a 'maybe' in front of it. Since its a slight adaption from the infinity genre.

technically 'terror infinity' is a predecessor of 'ultimate evolution' so it can hardly be a clone. if you mean that they are basically the same in what is happening. yes, that is because they are both from the 'infinity' genre. as the name should suggest, it was 'terror infinity' that actually spawned that genre. the other ones after, are also all infinity genre with all their own strenght and weaknesses. that being said, i am still not sure they should count as worldhopping anyway.
that all now being said, there have been new additions to the worldhopping genre proper. 'soul of negary' is one arguably 'custom made demon king' is one, albeit the powers in that one seem to be the same despite him going from Heroes of might and magic to the devil may cry world, so this might be against your definition.
